There was no a single hanger or a freestanding hanger for outdoor jackets in the entrance. There is a place for this there - Please do this. Otherwise I was needed to place my coat and trenchcoat on the sofa lying next to it. Every time taking a shower, it was flooding in the corner of the glass. The curtains are not wide enough to cover the window properly and hide the light goes from the garden.

The location is perfect, it's near the center, but it's not crowded, the room was clean and there was enough space for two people, there were basic things like salt, pepper, washing liquid and tablets for the washing machine, coffee beans and tea. There are two grocery shop nearby, which is convenient if you want to eat inside. The room is fully equipped and was close to the stadium where a concert was held.

It was a bit warm in the room, so we slept with the window open, but it was also a bit noisy with the trams and the late bars working on the river. As a very light sleeper, I used earplugs. The curtains are thin and light and with the sun going up at 4:30 it's a bit impossible to sleep well. The bathroom window and the walls need a bit of refreshment, but it's nothing major.

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean, smelt fresh and the bed comfortable. We felt welcomed and relaxed. The local area was great for stocking up with food and had easy, convenient transport links, enabling us to see the old town, new town, zoo, restaurants, shopping centre and museums. Check in was easy, we were sent clear instructions on the day of arrival, along with photos, detailing where to find the keys and our apartment. A quick question with the host during our stay was easy with messaging (all in English) and their response was quick, helpful and friendly. We’ll stay again.

Nice location if you need to pass a night and get going on a train the next day - 20 minutes walk, or 5 min ride to Warsaw East station. The apartment is clean and has anything you need for a short stay, no air conditioner but good ventilation. There is no interaction with stuff - you come in to the building by a code, there you get a card to get to the room, and a saw no own of the stuff. At least that was my case - I came late and went early.

I saw a little bit of rust here and there in the bathroom, but that is to be expected.

The location and building were nice, and check-in was smooth.

There was no shampoo or soap. The cleanliness was okay but not perfect; there were some hairs on the floor from previous guests. I had trouble getting an invoice and could only obtain it with the help of Booking.com. There were no instructions for checkout at all. The day before leaving, I received a message thanking me for my stay, which created stress as I thought I had booked incorrect dates.

When a person arrives in a foreign city and is enveloped in an atmosphere of hospitality, comfort, attention, respect, and he finds himself in a .. homely and warm atmosphere. Thank you for this. There is almost everything you need for life. Calmness. Silence. Cozy and clean room, kitchen with utensils, good bathroom, pretty fast internet, comfortable bed. All well-groomed. Smells nice. Nice atmosphere . Near a supermarket. Convenient location. Attentive attitude to requests or questions. We have a lot of positive emotions about Warsaw and most of it is thanks to you. It was very clean and modern. Location was decent and it didn’t really matter as you can literally get an Uber into the city for like £3-5.

We found it very hard to get into the property. When opening you need to twist the lock completely with some force and not to touch the handle as it will then open itself. Also we found it very warm with the heating being on which wouldn’t really turn off. Lastly the Netflix was only in polish but not that it really mattered.

No temperature control, it was a warm weekend when we arrived and could of done with some air con of some sort as the room did get very warm. better curtains to block out the light, made sleeping abit hard when the sunrise was early. someone also kept ringing the door bell one night obviously got the wrong room but it was constant for about 10 mins at 1am in the morning and didn’t know how to communicate to tell them through the intercom

The apartment is very modern, clean, close to the city center, shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff should be available when help is needed. I arrived by night. They told me that I will pick up the card that opens the apartment from a mailbox. They gave me the code for the mailbox. But that maibox doen't open with a code. You need a key to open it. It was 23.00. I tried to contact them by phone but they didn't answer. I was standing there almost two trying to figure out where I am gonna spend the night. I got panicked and I tried to open all the other mailboxes that had codes. Finally, I managed to open the one where the card was. They told me that I will find the card in mailbox 1 and I found it in mailbox 3. The internet connection was very bad. I had to use the internet from my phone.

Everything about this property is nice. Starting from the price/value ratio, continuing with the well public transport connection, finishing with well balanced design which would come along with any taste. We stayed here more than 6 times and never had any problems. Personal thanks to staff who is easy to reach and open to any adjustments.
