Very nice room - comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Good choice of food. Location excellent - near the river. 20 min walk to old town and to city center shopping. River location made navigation easy. Also close to airport though no noise.

Breakfast very overpriced so didn't have it. Taxi service could be better. People waiting outside for taxis Drivers came with room numbers. Up to the customers to go over in the rain and see who's taxi it was. Do not disturb button was a tiny symbol on the aircon panel which we never noticed. So no room service for two days.

A new and positive hotel in an up-to-date city area, with innovative concept and design and oriented towards young, talented and wealthy people. The block houses both offices and compact shopping mall, many catering companies. In the evening, there was a positively intense night life in the quarter. The metro station and the Copernicus centre are in the immediate vicinity. At the opposite side of the block located new Greenway EV charging station, that is really big advantage for guests who travelling by EV. Definitely recommend.

To be fair - some of the staff still have some learning to do. Especially how to serve guests arriving by car. The young person at the reception who welcomed us didn't even know about the hotel's own parking lot, which was shown to us by the parking attendant of the office centre already underground, when we circled there confused. The charging station we find ourselves beforehand and knew the approximate direction where to look for it. We did not find butter at breakfast, which is very strange - there were only a lot of different soft cheeses. And also - don't believe the ads :) Unfortunately, you won't be able to see the fantastic view of Warsaw's skyscrapers at night from most of the rooms in this hotel. But you can see it if you cross the bridge over the river :)

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the breakfast provided was quite good, offering a satisfying start to the day.

However, I encountered some issues with the room itself. The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, but unfortunately, they would often slide apart, creating an uncomfortable gap in the middle. This sliding made it a bit challenging to have a restful night's sleep, as there was a risk of falling between the beds. While the breakfast was a highlight, the bed situation could use improvement for a more comfortable stay.

Fabulous location in an up and coming district. Fabulous new shopping centre with trendy food hall restaurants live music and bars. In the style of London’s mercato and Battersea power station shopping centre. Pool was not massive but enough to have a reasonable dunk with an amazing view. Felt very safe everywhere and Warsaw is a bustling city especially for 18-35s. Walk up a very gentle incline to the old town through a park was only 20 mins.

Can’t fault hotel and staff and would recommend and definitely return again❤️

It's a new hotel hence clean and no damage. Staff was hospitable and willing to help. The hotel is located near the modern food court. There're many establishments around. Nice bar on the top floor in the hotel with a good view.

In our case, "view" from the room was overpriced. our room was on the corner of the building, away from the bridge, so in fact there was no view on the river since between river and hotel is one more building that closed a huge part of expected landscape. But if you want to see this "view" anyway, I hope you don't have a spider phobia. Window is their hostel, tens of spiders! Huge, small, fat, skinny, white, brown, black. If you open a hotel near the river, it doesn't mean that you add price for "view", please, take into account the river's surroundings and features. If I am not mistaken, the swimming pool is on the roof, but right near the bar table for guests... looks not private

The recent stay was fantastic overall. The hotel's location was convenient, in the city centre, but not very close to the Old Town. If you are travelling for tourist purposes I would prefer to stay in the Old Town or Nowy Swiat area. The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel and would consider returning in the future.

The only hiccup was the reception staff, who weren't the friendliest. Additionally, the pool being at the balcony restaurant made it somewhat inconvenient when other guests were having dinner.

For the money I paid for it - it was perfect. Great location, delicious breakfast, nice roof bar and pool! (it is a pity it works only until 24:00 - could be at least to 02:00 AM). Rooms were perfectly clean (looks brand new), beds are huge and very comfy (very few hotels have good pillows and the pillows here were fantastic), also rooms have perfect sound insulation. I cannot see any downsides in this hotel for the price level.

There was only one thing that was a bit disappointing. It was the price of the parking. I know that parking is a problem everywhere, but 120zl. per night is really very expensive, therefore you must take your car when checking out. They could at least allow you to leave the car until evening, so you could visit the city after checking out without worrying about where to put your car once again.

The hotel is brand new. It literally opened just the day before my arrival. I loved the interior design and the location. It is near the river, near metro and bus stops, but also within walking distance of the castle etc. The staff was very friendly. It's a pity that it rained because probably the rooftop terrace is very nice. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood in the former Electric Station quarter.

Because everything was so new, you could see the some things still have to be finetuned. The rotating doors twice didn't move properly when I tried to enter/leave. And the menu to change the room temperature in the room was not working. I booked a room with view on the river but that was only a very partial view.

The hotel is great in terms of facility, cleanliness. The staff makes you feel at home!

It was visible the care for offering rich breakfast, but there were a lot of heavy products like mayonese, cooked meals, etc. There was a very limited choice of healthy products. For example the boiled eggs were offered in halfs, decorated with mayo ( could have been also butter, but in both cases). It would be good to have more "fitness" oriantated products ( high proteing products, clean eggs, tofu, oath flakes, fresh vegetables and fruits, soya/ oath milk)

Location fantastic, very clean and comfortable, air conditioning in rooms during warm summer period. Buffet breakfast was fantastic too.

Was a problem with room after 1st night small leak but changed room straight away so no issue. Really satisfied with level of customer service. You pay for what you get, this hotel might be slightly more expensive than others in city but worth it
