The hotel was modern, safe, clean and easily accessible from both airports(Modlin airport and the other one) or the main train station. One of the best things is their fast check-in and fast check-out. The room was modern, stylish and well-equipped. The bar and restaurant were good. They had friendly staff and a comfortable environment. Make sure to drink their great coffee, eat cookies and warm breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and sausages. Tram line nearby: 15, 7, 9 Train line nearby: 2 stops away, runs every 1 hour- Rakoweice to Modlin for 1 hour. Then with the bus in 10 minutes you will be in Modlin airport.

The air conditioning system was not warming enough. It was limited to 25 degrees Celsius.

The hotel is generally excellent. The breakfast is full and delicious. The staff is professional

Our room is also suitable for people with disabilities, maybe that's why the shower spilled and got into the room. Probably it happens becouse of some trashes in the drain. When we booked the hotel's underground parking, I was warned that the entrance to it is very narrow, and believe, it really was. You'll see it. If you have a bigger car, it will be some kind of challenge. If you drive to the parking lot without scratching your car, you'll find that the parking spaces are also very narrow. So in the morning you'll still have to drive safely from the parking lot :)

The staff was extremely professional, well-mannered and helpful. The breakfast was very varied (sausages, scrambled eggs, fish, cheese, greens, desserts - you name it) and filling. The room was simple but functional, towels were exchanged every day, free water and tea/coffee reserves refilled.

The parking is not free, though it is understandable. The payed space was safe and comfortable. The hotel is rather far from the city center if you want to explore Warsaw by foot. However, public transport is easily accessible.

Courteous and professional personnel. Good price/quality ratio. Nice structure and rooms are large and clean. Not the best view, by the way, but this is a minor point.

Cannot set a proper temperature in the room. Even with air conditioning on and threshold at 19 degrees, the room was hot like a oven. For the rest everything was fine.

We spent in the hotel 1 night. The check in time was 15:00, but it was possible to make it earlier. We didn't use the parking since there were lots of parking places nearby. We have a cat, the price for pet is 50PLN. The room was large, clean with water, tea and coffee. There was an air condition, so we didn't have problem with regulating temperature. The bed was very comfortable, that's a big advantage. The breakfast was good and tasty.

The location is really helpful when in need to be close to the airport - even at rush hour you can transfer (in any direction) easily. And I really appreciated the room's cleanliness

The air conditioning system is quite noisy - I had to turn it off during night, so I can sleep. Then, it is capped to 25 degrees and it has been also a bit chilly in the room ...

The rooms were big and quite clean. The couch bed was comfortable for the kids and there was a fridge, waterboiler and free water bottles available. The toilets were also quite big and clean.

The shower curtain, would have preferred a shower cabin. We did not notice anything else unpleasant since we only stayed one night and left early in the morning.

Breakfast spread was impressive. Bed was very comfortable. Well maintained property with clean rooms. Small play area for kids. Tram stop right outside the hotel which connects with the city center.

Not many restaurants close to the hotel if you want to eat out.

Staff is friendly, good breakfast, few minutes drive from the airport, very quite location ideal for staying one night before or after the flight. Parking is available for free on the street.

A bit expensive compared to other alternatives but overall a good choice.

The localisation was really good, despite the fact the hotel is not in the centre, it;s extremely easy to get everywhere fro the hotel. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was at the highest level.

The process of entering the room with the card was a little bit problematic. I had to try a few times till it worked.
