Basically an excellent hotel. 10 minutes away from the airport, but the city center is not too far either. The room's comfort and equipment are perfect. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel restaurant is also worth the price. I can recommend it as a guest.

Unfortunately, the cleaning and maintenance are not even up to the ** level. Cleaning consisted of providing new towels. The bed was not made, the floor was not vacuumed, and the bathroom was not even mopped. I would demand at least the appearance of cleaning from the eye socket. The hotel operator should pay more attention to this.

I booked for my family and friends who were travelling for 50+ hours from Central Ukraine to Warsaw. So the feedback could be quite not objective :) But they all admitted, that rooms were very clean, comfortable and they enjoyed the stay so much. Thanks to the administration who helped with the check-in in quite night time.

Varied breakfast buffet including cold and hot items changing every day including omelettes made on spot according to one preferences. Clean hotel with good connection to city center by tram or bus. Modern styling. Every day 4 free water bottles in the room sparkling and still water. No safe in the room. Problems with the hot water in the shower changing suddenly to very hot. Refrigerator in the room and kettle with coffee and tea. Business lunch cost 39 zl for 3 courses. Very nice stay and beautiful view from the eighth floor where we stayed to the palace of science and other skyscrapers.

Really nice hotel, clean and spacious room. Has a proper closet. A few water bottles in the room but even the tap water here was actually drinkable and not full of chlorine! I really enjoyed my stay here.

The only issue for me was small lights around the room that couldn’t be turned off, which bothered me at night, so I had to use an eye cover. And you could hear the water running from other rooms sometimes

There is a tram right outside with a very good connection into the city. The hotel is very quiet considering it's on the road and on a flight path, I didn't hear anything in the night. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast selection is very good and delicious. The line for the coffee machine was very long as one machine was broken. It was also pleasant to hang out in the bar and reception area. Comfy seats and a nice atmosphere. I found the staff very friendly.

Some of the other guests obviously weren't LGBTQ friendly but the hotel can't do anything about who stays there or not.

Hotel is well-located not far from airport and 20 minutes from city center. Room was very clean, cozy, quiet and pretty spacious. Water, body cream, kettle in the room were a plus. Staff was very helpful, professional and polite, speaking Ukrainian by girl-receptionist was very touching and pleasantly unexpected. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious with various choice of meal.

A great place to stay for any purpose: it's close to the airport if you need a room and it also has comfortable logistics if you want to explore the city itself as a tourist. Especially I'm extremely excited that soundproof is on the high level: I don't hear anything neither from the outdoor nor from the indoor.

Too narrow entrance to underground garage, hotel is located nearby 2 highways, which doesn’t let you opening the window where I don’t like sleeping under work of climate management system

Breakfast was good. Liked the omelett station and fresh salads.

Standard Design Hotel. I'd say some areas are in a quite used condition. No room cleaning for two days although I've mentioned it at reception. :-(. Where to charge laptop or phone on the desk in hotel room? There is not a single power plug. The one outside the bath room was damaged also. The way how th elift works does not get into my head. It constantly goes up and down. So it can take very long to reach the base level.

Location was perfect for me as I was a participant of a weekend even in this hotel. The cleanliness was very good. Tasty breakfast meals.

Breakfast was very tasty, however I missed some sweet things. I also missed an iron in my room to be able to iron my clothes. The bed was comfortable enough but maybe a bit too hard so I could not sleep well.
