Everything was as perfect as you would expect from InterContinental. The luxury touches are seen in everything. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and super fast in dealing with your request. The room was spacious, it has all what you might need for a pleasant stay, bed is very comfortable. WiFi Was great in rooms and open areas. Breakfast buffet was international with many great items and options, only I wish they would consider some halal meat among the selection. Taxi stand is across the street. Biggest mall is 5 minutes walking distance

As the hotel is one of an international chain, it would be great if they add "bidet" to the bathroom, it costs less than toilet paper, yet cleaner for many international guests who use them. The bathroom was little smaller than expected.

It was our first visit to Poland. We spent there 4 days and were so amazed by everything, the hotel was wonderful, the receptionists and the concierges were so lovely, we received an amazing room with a breathtaking view and everything went so perfectly. Almost till the end. Our plane was in the evening so we called the concierge in the morning asking can we stay in the SPA after the check-out for a little, he answered that it is possible. We made our check-out and asked the same question to the Receptionist, she was very friendly and said yes. When we came up to the SPA (already in the swimsuits and hotel bathrobes) we explained our situation, but SPA receptionist was very confused and didn't want to let us in, she was talking with us pretty unpolite and said that we are not hotel guests anymore. She said it's an extraordinary situation. But we know that it is a common thing before and after check-in/outs almost in all hotels, for all years we didn't have any problems with that, and all the reviews in Booking and TripAdvisor from other people are telling the same. She let us in with a very displeased look like she wanted to kick us out. Our mood was ruined, and it was unpleasant to stay this way, so we changed our clothes and went away (noticing that SPA was almost empty). This situation spoiled our overall impression of the trip a little.

We had a cozy room on the 36th floor with a breathtaking view on the Palace of culture and science. The room: -quiet -extremely clean -comfortable bed -a welcome bottle of water per person per day -a safe deposit Hotel: -perfect location -tasty cocktails and food in the bar, friendly and quickly responding staff Breakfast: - huge choice of various food, fresh juices, tasty cappuccino and americano on request The pool: - Spectacular view and not overcrowded due to the time slots offered to the guests.

The pool is a little too small, but good enough to make an instagram photo and shout out how gorgeous your stay in the hotel is. A bit overcrowded breakfast room and unfriendly hungry tenants XD One of the bathrobes, provided in the room, did not have a belt and was too small for my tall husband. Our mini-bar was empty (maybe it is mentioned in the Hotel description, but I was not attentive enough)

This stay, I booked for 5 nights through booking.com. I had a change of plans and needed to return home after 3/5 great nights. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel the last 2/5 nights of this stay. Staff were unable to refund or credit me. They asked me to contact booking.com and that would get me a credit or refund. That didn’t work. Booking.com asked me to contact the Intercontinental Hotel in regards to this. I gave them plenty of notice. I thought this was unfair as I had already prepaid the money for a stay in which I was unable to fulfill completely. I don’t cancel or change bookings regularly, I don’t believe I’ve inconvenienced your business and thought it was money I should have refunded to me.

Great and big hotel. Good location, old town is by 20min walk, railway station, shopping malls are nearby. A lot of restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. We booked the room on the top floors (got 34 floor), so we really enjoyed the view. The breakfast was delicious and quite big variety of food. Also during breakfast a lady plays a harp (not only on weekends). We really enjoyed pool, jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor (which is included in price).

One of disadvantages of hotel is quite expensive parking (145 zloty per night), so we parked in the shopping mall Złote Tarasy, where parking was 50 zloty per night. And also, we didn't like that we couldn't open a window as we needed some fresh air. Maybe in all skyscraper it is impossible to open windows at the high floors.

The room was wonderful, fully equipped and with a great view of Warsaw. The breakfast was really tasty and with plenty of choices. Our waitress for the first two dinners, Alina, was amazing ! She spoiled us and took such a great care of us. Same for Mateusz who was also making sure we always got our glasses full. Overall the staff was really nice ! The location was also great :)

Media casting did not work on our TV and the technicians could not repair it. It was not such a big deal but mentioning it as other people might also complain about it. The wellness area is nice but noisy and overcrowded so not a great place to relax. On Monday afternoon it was a bit better. I do not recomment taking the half board for any stay longer than a night as the menu is always the same. It is still really tasty anyway !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the first hotel in Warsaw, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the staff were dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. One thing that really stood out to me was how the porter was able to solve traffic near the entrance and helped me to exit my vehicle before I even had to ask. This level of proactive service is not something you see every day, and it really made a difference in my stay. If you are looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, this is the place to stay.

Everything! I honestly couldn't fault the hotel, the room, the staff were all amazing. The food was exceptional!

The only thing would be nice is the spa to be open a bit later to watch the sun go down while relaxing in the jacuzzi

Best hotel in Warsaw with outstanding customer service. I fell ill during our stay and had to organise a doctor. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. I felt safe and in best hands. It's often when things go wrong, one can judge how good a company is (think airlines!). It's relatively expensive, but one really gets what one pays for here. The top floor pool is beautiful and breakfast exceptional, with a harp player and free prosecco thrown in! ;-)

Nothing, I can't fault anything. Oh wait, the free slippers were too small for me (but I am size 12 / 147) so I had to go up to the pool barefoot. But I survived that terrible challenge somehow. :-)
