Great location near to the central train station, send near yo restaurants, shops,... etc. Had a good breakfast selection.

It was very noisy at night despite the fact that we were on a high level and the windows were closed.

The location of the hotel. It's literally located in the city's centre. Close to everything. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Next to the bed, the hotel provides 2 complimentary bottles of sparkling water and tea and coffee making facility. The bathroom was good and quite big. Always running hot water if you need it. The housekeeping is cleaning your room upon request, which is good considering you don't have to wake up early for the housekeeping to clean the room.

Nothing major. Some shelves in the bathroom were a little dusty. During the night we had the balcony door open and unfortunately there were some insects flying inside. A sieve would be a saver. A fridge would come in handy.

Clean, fast elevator. Good air conditioning. Tasty, varied breakfast with many options, comfortable foyer. It was in a super location. Close to everything I wanted to see and access.

No room service - I got sick with a cold while I was there, and would have liked to order food and juice or hot tea with milk to my room. I missed two days of my paid for breakfast because I was sick and felt it wasn’t good to be in a shared space. Also no fridge in the room. That would have been nice to help support me when sick.

Glad we chose an 'executive' room as that was a convenient size. We asked for a quiet room, but on such a busy junction there is bound to be some traffic noise. It was not bad enough to keep us awake. The choice of food for breakfast was excellent. When we had a problem with the room safe, reception staff quickly sorted it. The bathroom was a good size, the shower was good. Everywhere was very clean indeed. The location of the hotel is super-convenient. It is a very good place to stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

I found the bed a bit hard, but a softer bed is just my preference - most people would probably not notice! Nothing else to dislike!

-The location was excellent. -The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food/coffee was superb. -The hotel lobby is spacy and very cosy, so many guests were using it for working on their laptops etc. -The beds were comfortable and the double room was quiet, on the 8th floor. - Τhe staff was very accomodating and there is a luggage room available if you check in/out earlier or need luggage storage.

- There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom at all times. We had to keep the bathroom door closed, so that the smell did not penetrate the room too. Before using the bathroom, we needed to air the whole room (by opening the bathroom door and the balcony door) which was uncomfortable. - Although the view from the balcony would be impressive, there is a white sheet in front of all balconies from a marketing banner which blocks this excellent view.

The location was super convenient, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The beds were really comfy, too. There were earplugs provided in case it was too loud because of the crossroad outside.

The promised "view of the city" was fully covered with an H&M half-transparent banner, so you could only approximately guess you're living right in the city center. Also, it seemed pretty loud at first because of the transport outside, and there were even earplugs in the room, but I slept well without them. I wish there were more outlets near the bed.

Everything was clean, the room did not have the dusty smell I am used to in hotels. The bed was comfortable with adequate sheeting and a good pillow. The restaurant is very good. The paid breakfast is a bit pricey for me and my partner because we do not eat as much in the morning but for someone who wants to charge up for the day it might be worth it.

For some reason, the hotel ran out of slippers for 3 days. I did not want to walk on the carpet with my bare feet and I did not have any slippers. I asked everyday for slippers and everyday they did not have any. I don't think this happens regularly but funnily enough this was the most annoying problem since I had to walk into the bathroom and wear plastic bags on my feet every time. Another negative is the noise of the area. I read reviews before coming so I knew this would be the case, but I was actually quite surprised by the amount of police cars that would constantly drive outside. Thankfully, this would really decrease at around 11pm so my sleep was not affected (keep in mind I was also really tired by the end of the day for all the nights).

The hotel is situated in the city center with good connection to public transportation and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception and restaurant staff was friendly. Good internet connection as well. There are various restaurants and pubs in the proximity. The breakfast was very good with all kind of products.

There are just few little things that can be improved: the numbers of tables at breakfast need to increase to accommodate all guests. The street noise is very high during the night (nothing to do in this sense...).

The reception staff (Lukasz and others) were very helpful and attentive. The room was very spacious, clean, very nice. Flexible also in slightly late check-out (at 13:00 instead of 12:00).

The room 701 we had for the first night did not have a functioning air-conditioning (heat outside was 35C+, so very big discomfort). The hotel provided 2 extra fans / ventilators, but limited impact on the hot air. They changed the room for our second night to room 301 (same nice big room) with functioning AC. But these rooms are EXTREMELY noisy (ear-plugs are standardly provided at the bed tables - this explains everything.... We specifically asked for a higher floor and quiet room, but this was obviously not the case.... Traveling with an 8-year old kid....

We got a bigger room than the one on our booking, it had a spacious and nice balcony which we appreciated. Hotel in general has a modern feeling with all the necessary facilities. Air conditioning worked well in the room, beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space to store luggage. Hotel restaurant had fair prices with a good variety of food and drinks.

Bathroom was wrongly designed, water flowed everywhere. Also, it had no proper door but just a glass slide door. The trams right outside do make a lot of noise which could disturb a bit in the night, otherwise the room was fairly well sound proofed.
