I was thinking about this hotel should I book or no because I read a lot of bad reviews here but I decided since the hotel is in center of old town.Definitely we didn’t regret it.Everything was really beyond expectations.Great service everywhere from front desk,restaurant,house keeping…everybody helpful and kind :) Room was very clean and cozy. Really we enjoyed and definitely will return back :)

The room was clean and well-equipped. The walk-in shower was magnificent. Having a lift to different floors was extremely useful. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and co-operative. The hotel was superbly situated, only being a couple of minutes walk into the old town and within easy reach of all the main sites and facilities. As a place to stay when visiting Warsaw, it is to be thoroughly recommended.

The room was rather tired with a stain on the carpet. It was also small and cramped with little space on one side to get into the bed. The room at night was noisy as it was on the street side. One therefore had to close the window and use the air conditioning which was very noisy. The toilet had been positioned so low down that it was extremely difficult to get down to or up from, luckily there was a disabled toilet opposite our room!

The stuff were wonderful, very helpful, friendly and communicating in multiple languages. Rooms clean, specious with comfortable beds and good lightnings, also soundproof so we could sleep peacefully. There were also smart TV to connect your Netflix, save safe for our belongings, and room fridge. Good size bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink and a massive mirror :) Each day the breakfast was delicious with different food served, standard eggs and sausages, cakes and buns, fresh bread, yogurts, oats, fruits, jams and Nutella, but also we enjoyed delicious path Thai and different kind of salads with fresh grounded costa coffee. Spa resort were included into the price for the room, where we enjoyed hot jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna, also fantastic shower where we could have fun with Hot and Cold, Siberian Storm, and Tropical Rain setting.

The spa could be open a bit longer than just till 21:00.

We stayed here with our 2 and 1/2 year old for two nights three days 29-31 st August , the friendliest hotel we stayed in after staying in 3 in total while in Poland for 10 days. Ideal location right in the middle of everything and walking distance to cafes shops old town market square etc …. Staff go over and beyond help us out … kept our luggage as we had a late flight last night , they made it stress free especially when with a toddler !! I also got a Baltamese massage in the spa which was so relaxing …. We ate in the Asian restaurant in the hotel and the meal was delicious , we would definitely stay here again.

Not a disadvantage - a limitation, since the apartment is on the main street, it is not possible to reach the apartment with a car, so if you take a shuttle from the airport, it will stop 50 meters from the apartment. There is public transportation that stops near the apartment There is an elevator to the apartment, but in front of the elevator there are about 10 steps that need to be climbed

Although our room was in the front and you could hear trams passing, it didn’t bother us. We slept well. Comfortable bed. Some people may not like it if the prefer no noise at all. Had an amazing massage at the hotel, really good value for money. Jacuzzi and Steam room were lovely and Rainfall Shower was a surprise! Try it - opposite the Sauna. Very central hotel. The Asian Fusion restaurant attached to the hotel had really tasty food. Staff were attentive and polite. Room a little on the small side, but was adequate for our needs. Would definitely recommend

Couldn’t figure out how to use the phone in the room to ring reception - that could just be us though! No milk in the room for tea, but I think that is the norm here

Perfect location, right in the old town. The hotel staff was very welcoming. A good compromise between price and location.

The room was quite small. But if you plan to see the city, you are unlikely to stay there for a long time.

Modern and functional room with excellent AC which was good when the outside temp was 34!. Shower was powerful and the bed comfortable. The room was a little on the small side but as I said functional. The breakfast was good on our second day (Monday) but a bit limited on the Sunday as it was so busy with guests. We did not use the spa facilities but the available treatments and spa options looked good (maybe another time) I loved Warsaw and would return and probably to this hotel.

Room size was a little small but OK for a short stay. I'd like to see about upgrades if I were to visit again.

The location is fantastic and really easy to use as a base for the entire city which was great. It’s really close to very good restaurants and pubs for food, beer and wine. The property had very little noise verging on none despite being right on the old town Main Street which was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to check out and , like many good hotel, held our bags on our final day after check out for ease of travel until we had to go to the airport.

The spa could be better, there’s very few beds(4) in the main area which at high traffic times led to them being quite the prized commodity. Few more would be best so you aren’t worried about others taking it and making it slightly more relaxing. But the spa itself was well maintained and from my partner who took a treatment she said it was good value for money for the price of the massage. Compared to the U.K. much cheaper than normal price.

Frankly, I don't understand some of the reviews here: for three stars this is a pretty nice hotel. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need: towels, cosmetics, smart tv, iron, minifridge, coffee and tea, air conditioning. Yes, there is a slight odor ocasionally coming from sewer pipes but please keep in mind that you have booked a hotel in Old Town, where there is a very old sewer system. You can find the same odor while walking around the streets there - not hotel's fault. The pipes smell bad only when not used - if you run a little bit of water from time to time the issue is gone. Loud door in the corridor? Not hotel's fault either - there is a way to close these in a quiet manner, people just choose not to do it. There is a lot of life going on in this part of town, if you would like your stay to be more quiet you can request a room with windows on the other side of the building than main entrance. Breakfasts included in the room price are simple but always fresh: all looks good and tastes good. Coffee is great! In the afternoon you can enjoy thai food in hotel restaurant or you can go to any of the restaurants in Old Town in the near (and there are many of them). Spa is pretty small but clean and has everything you need to relax. Was not too crouded either. The staff is nice and helpfull, yes some of them do not speak polish and I would suggest for the hotel to include that in hotel description on booking.com. Young people know English but for some older folks it may be an inconvinience you should warn them about beforehand. Overall I had a pretty good stay and will be coming back next time I'm in Warsaw.

-The elevator could be cleaned more thoroughly. -Ocasional lack of polish speaking staff should be clearily stated in hotel's description. -Maybe leave some Domestos and airfreshners in every bathroom for pipe odor problems so that guests feel more comfortable.
