Breakfast is varied, good coffee. Bed is huge and comfi. We enjoyed the spa with charming design and it was never crowded. Coffee machine and tea in the room. Perfectly clean. Dressing gowns and slippers.

Sauna is located in the dressing room, not in the spa. It means is separated for men and women. It's a bit disappointing as we prefer to enjoy it all together. The lady at the reception asked us to pay for parking outside 140 zloti per day. She recommended not to use parking meter as it is broken but pay at the reception. Maybe it's good advice for those who don't use the car. As during the day we used our car, we paid nothing at night. According to parking meter parking is free from 8pm till 8 am.

The hotel has a very central location. Other good points are the clean rooms and there is a good parking below the hotel. The restaurant ‘La Brasserie Moderne’ has excellent food and friendly, professional staff. The bar personnel is friendly and professional as well.

The bathroom is outdated. In my opinion the beds are way too soft. The airco system is old, it was a bit noisy and is not doing its job extremely well. I could hear some parts squeaking continuously in the night. (Also when the system was switched off). The iron is broken and can damage your clothing. At breakfast I would expect some proactivity with serving tea and coffee. I would recommend the personnel to ask the guests if they would like to have tea or coffee once they are seated, instead of waiting until the guest has to ask for it himself. Overall the hotel is good, but please update the room (351) and the AC system. Also please replace the broken iron. And make sure that the breakfast staff is a bit more proactive.

Highly recommended hotel, perfect location between the Old town and the city center. Good transport communictions. Exceptional breakfast. Everything was perfect, the most comfortable bed ever, I had the best sleep for a long time, very good noise isolation. Great sound from the radio :)

Every month, on the 10-th day there are commemorations in the big square in front of the hotel and all the surrounding streets are closed and full of police. The staff was very helpful but should have provided adequate information about transportation options.

Nice hotel, very good location, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Smooth check in and check out. Good taste in choosing nespresso coffee capsules 😇

The swim pool was rather old. Not so luxury as in pictures. It was cold outside and sauna was also cold so I was freezing after swimming in water. It was very noisy even after 9 pm full of children making lots of noise. They do not have quiet hours so it was not relaxing at all...

Very modern and comfortable lobby and rooms. The cookies upon check-in on Christmas Eve were such a nice touch.

While the rooms were modern and comfortable, the bathrooms were a bit dated compared to everything else.

Not my first time at the hotel. I deliberately chose it also because of the location, the service, the great pool and in general a recommended and exceptional hotel. The breakfast is also fine.

There was one thing that bothered me. I closed the whole account the day before and asked to pay for what was needed. The next day when I'm already on my way out and the taxi was waiting for us and when I returned the key I was told that I owed more money. It's quite upsetting and disappointing. I paid (because I was in a hurry) and I didn't even check for what. It's a shame it ended this way because we had a great time at the hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you want to do a lot of sightseeing. Breakfast had so many choices that I didn’t know what I wanted 🙂 staff very helpful. I was unwell and I lost my voice. One of the ladies at the breakfast made me a tea with honey and lemon 😋 thank you. We arrived earlier and there was one room ready but the lady at the reception very politely suggested not to take it if we want to have silence at night as this room was above the bar and there is always loud music until late every weekend. I appreciate the suggestion. The room was spacious, clean with lovely view. It was amazing value for money.

To be very picky. The bathroom is in granite and when I went in I thought that it wasn’t wiped as I saw many white cup circles and stains. It was clean but it is very easy to leave a water stain on a granite. The shower was not sealed properly and I flooded the floor every time I showered. And you have to hold the toilet flush for it to work fully.

Comfortable and large room. Quiet. Noticed that this hotel's spaces have larger dimensions than other newer hotels, which adds to the level of comfort. Breakfast is excellent. Nowhere else before we had the choice of soft boiled eggs on the buffet. Staff is very nice and helpful.

There was a long line for checking out and we had to wait a long time for others to complete their paperwork (perhaps required for business purpose). All we needed to do was to return the key cards and it took 10 seconds. I think there should be a separate receptionist that would help people like us and they should announce it to go there rather than wasting our time.

the hotel was centrally located and the facility was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. the pool was fabulous.

I really felt for breakfast they need to improve the process for obtaining coffee. the hostess asks when she is seating you and then sometime later a wait staff tries to find you with it. For three days straight it took forever to get another cup, I even tried to get a pot and they brought a pot with one cup of coffee - it took another 10 minutes to get someone to refill the pot. just put a coffee / tea section as one of your stations. this was my greatest frustration every morning for three days.

Conveniently located, in walking distance of Old Town, Palace of Science and Culture and the lively shopping/nigh life streets. The breakfast had very good variety and was fresh and tasty. The juice choices were splendid. The room wasn't luxurious, but was comfortable and I can't really find anything to complain about. The bed was one of the best I've encountered in a hotel. Provided toiletries are of a nice quality.

The spa is nice, but can get overcrowded and there are only enough beds for ~10-15 people. The saunas are separate for men/women (they're part of the dressing rooms) so if you're with someone of opposite sex you'll have to visit separately. There isn't staff attending to the pool. Normally I wouldn't notice, but one night there were a couple of kids in the pool unattended that were way too noisy. Would have been nice if someone asked them to lower the voice.
