These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff is great, I had a difficult request to the concierge, and they executed better than I could've ever imagined. Plus, this is the most pet-friendly hotel I have ever stayed at and I love them for this!

Nothing to dislike, but I wish raffles room had the end-of-bed bench like the photos!

swimming pool and spa was great staff so friendly facility was great and clean

room was in first floor you have access to big yard with party hall in middle so you don’t privacy as long as someone walk in over there as your bed and room very much visible. if you get room in other floor you will enjoy .

Exceptional interior design, you feel five star luxury everywhere you look and everything you touch. Stunning spa and art collection.

It was not possible to stream Netflix on an iPhone which I would except nowadays even from a four star hotel. The lighting system was also annoying, as it only had two settings and wasn’t possible to dim the lights as much as I like. Outrageously priced room service compared to other hotels. I ordered two bowls of fries for my kids and paid what you would would except to pay for dinner with wine in a local restaurant.

Amazing hotel, location, rooms and great reception staff.

The spa experience really ruined all the birthday celebration surprise and in general, our experience at this fantastic hotel. Our booking for the VIP room spa treatments, was not found in system even when confirmed before three times, as we were told it was last week of some staff so nobody made a booking and also the room is not open. Really disappointed

First time in Poland and I could NOT be disappointed. The hotel is absolutely PERFECT. from check in to concierge taking care of your every need. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast is superb, the bar area is lively! and in walking distance to the palace and the local shops and restaurants.

Good location, parking included, great breakfast, nice English speaking staff, fancy rooms, delicious ice cream in the hotel's own ice cream stand.

A basic look and feel of the reception desk, but the lobby was nice overall. Many fake-looking people among the guests.
