The room was clean. Brilliant location and the staff were polite at the reception desk. I really like the coffee machine and variety of tea. Also there are a good kitchen equipment. You can find everything in the kitchen. The bar has an amazing cocktail- NewYork sour.

On Saturday we came at the restaurant at 10:30 and the trays with food were empty and didn't replenish the food. We were a bit disappointed as the reviews were good regarding the breakfast. The receptionist didn't inform us that if you pay at the reception it will cost 85 zl , but directly in the restaurant will cost you 95zl.

Really nice interior, very beautiful room with huge windows, green color furniture and golden bathroom.

Even though the stay for weekend was 300 euros, plus we had to pay the deposit which was 360 euros!!! We were upset because our fund was suspended for few days after the visit till we got back the money. And we weren’t the ones who were upset about this situation.

Clean room with all of the necessary facilities provided. Room design is cute, comfortable. Location is good, everything we needed was close to the hotel. Bar works late and has exit the beautiful garden, where you can enjoy drinks

Receptionists never smile or say hi unless you say hi first. During check-out I asked to leave luggage in the luggage room and received answer that the luggage room is busy (well, how about offering another options?). After quick conversation with manager, luggage had been left on reception, which suited me perfectly. Also, bar prices are a little high than expected, however, it’s the usual situation in 4+ star hotels in EU.

I have extended my stay at this hotel three times and have now returned. In my opinion, this hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean, modern and equipped with a small kitchen. The closets are big enough, even when travelling as a couple. The rooms in and of themselves are very spacious. The TV has channels in almost all languages. The beds are big and comfortable. And the location is very good. I would say in the up-and-coming, trendy part of Warsaw. So, if in Warsaw, then this apartment hotel.

The Royal Tulip apartments are fabulous. We stayed for 5 nights in a corner balcony apartment. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated. Small kitchenette facilities, so nice to be able to hsve snacks, drinks, and breakfast on the balcony. Wed been touring around Poland for 2 weeks beforehand and this was the gest of all the accommodations we stayed. Beds were fabulous 👌

No toaster. Breakfast in the main restaurant was a great selection, but everything was cold, and it was crammed with people. We thankfully had only booked for one morning for breakfast. So after that we just had tea, croissants etc that we'd bought in ourselves.

We stayed for 6 nights. They have some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Great gym, it has everything you want. A balcony would be amazing but I don't think it's allowed to have one so high. They have giant windows and a breathtaking view anyway. There's a coffeeshop at the ground floor that had really great flat whites and you can enter directly from the hotel. Underground parking available on site for a fee. Close enough to a metro station (I think 10-12 minutes max). Also close to the Palace of Culture and Science, and Norblina (an old factory now full of bars and restaurants) which we loved. We'd definitely book again when in Warsaw.

They didn't clean the counter (it was dirty from the morning coffee) and they took one of our bath robes and didn't put one back.

Absolutely everything was fantastic, great location, great price, friendly staff, the facilities were excellent and the class and feel of the hotel was spot on. Everything was clean and comfortable. Far exceeded our expectations and made the stay in Poland that extra big special. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if I am back in Warsaw.

If I were to find one criticism it would be that they could include condiments like salt , pepper , oil to the kitchenette as we didn't use the kitchenette because of that as we didn't want to buy whole items from the supermarket on our short stay

Upon our arrival, we immediately sensed a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, always wearing smiles and eager to assist. The room itself was splendid—immaculately clean, spacious, and exuding a cozy ambiance that made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The breakfast provided was simply amazing! It offered a wide variety of delicious options. The attentive and kind waiters made our dining experience even more delightful. The hotel's location is conveniently situated, approximately a 15-minute walk from Zlote Tarasy. When we had to depart in the middle of the night for our flight, the staff went above and beyond by arranging a generous lunch box for our journey back home. Following our departure, I encountered an issue and contacted the staff through the Booking site. Their response was prompt and courteous, and they quickly resolved my concern. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that I wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you so much!

The pillows were excessively soft, causing them to become thin and lacking support throughout the night.

Room was decent, spacious, luxury. There is nice gym in the hotel, parking lot on place so for business trip great. I found also lobby bar is awesome, smily staff, equiped with excellent single malt whiskies. Recommending:) Breakfast was also spectacular and definitely worth to have.

In small paper room card holder there was declared the gym opens at 6am but not. Its 6:30 as I found in reception at 6:05. And tbh I was quite surprised receptionist just said the correct time and went off to speak to colleague. No appology, nothing so I went back to room, sit and was witing 20mins to try my next attrmpt… Its sad. I thing she could even unlock that doors for me but if its automated somehow I undestand but at least correcr that damn paper! Second thing was terrible experience with your laundry. It took two days then I found clothes hanging on reception,nobody took care to take that to my room or at least call.

The apartment was very spacious - we had a big living area and a spacious room, clean and comfortable. The airco made the hot nights bearable and we could sleep without problems, and the apartment was completely quiet. The personnel was very friendly and eager to help. The location is quite good as well as it's at walking distance to the food court of Fabryka Norblina, tram and metro stations.

As a point of improvement, it would have been good to have some kitchen towels to dry the dishes. But that's a very small thing. We would go again to Royal Tulip Apartments.
