Clean and nice rooms, excellent breakfast with a wide choice. Super location directly in the city center, close to the main square (Rynek).

Mattress in the bed was more on the soft side (but that´s only my personal opinion). Parking is problematic. There is a paid underground parking nearby, but 90PLN for one day is not a bargain. On the other hand its a historical city center, so i understand that. But do not know why the underground garage was not accessible. The pool was closed the day i arrived for a technical reason. It happens, but at least hotel should let me know in advance. But haven´t received any email or notification on the booking app or whatever.

The staff were friendly and helpful for check-in, and parking. The location is perfect, and we had a balcony and the noise level was good even with the door open.

The breakfast was not good. The hot items were served to us, and eggs were cold and not done, so we took one bite, and did not finish, and filled up on rolls instead. We went elsewhere for breakfast, even though it was included, on the other day.

I loved how big the bed was and that we had separate duvets! I liked that the room and the whole place were very clean. I also liked that there was a huge variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

I didn't like that the fitness suit was literally at the pool and that the wet people from the pool were going on the fitness equipment. I also found the lift not responding well to the card, and I have never before came across a lift that would require you to scan your room card to operate.

Good hotel a few steps from the Old Market Square and Ratush, but on a quiet street. The hotel is not new, but everything works very well. Room was very clean. Cleaning was well done every day, staff were very nice and attentive. We had nice view from the window to St. Mary Magdalene Cathedrale. In general we had good stay.

Breakfast on some days was untasty... The hotel needs to replace the carpets in the common corridors, they are worn out a lot

There were chips on the furniture and cracked tile in the bathroom. Sometimes you need to wait long time for the lift. Cold water in the pool. Great breakfast made up for it No hair conditioner No safe in the room

The wellness is great - pool, whirlpool, sauna, all at no extra cost. Excellent location, very close to the central square, and with parking (not in the hotel's building). Very rich breakfast, great selection of food.

Beds. It was not as bad as some other reviews say, but it is true, that if you have a room with separate beds, you cannot put them together, as they are fixed to the shared headboard. The beds are also a little narrower, but this was not a real problem for us.

Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of food. Friendly staff willing to help - the fridge in our room didn't work properly on the first day, but the hotel sent someone to fix it right away. The room was clean, quite spacious. The hotel is close to the Wroclaw square so all the attractions are within easy reach either on foot or by tram.

The only disadvantage was a relatively small hotel pool and small jacuzzi. When children of other guests came to the pool, the pool was already pretty full and there was no space to swim in it. The water in the pool was also a bit cold.

small thing that did bother us - the towels in the room were to small and too old to use :-( For example, towels in the spa were more fair than ones in our room

The Qubus Hotel met most of our expectations. It is located in a quiet street within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Our room had a hall with a roomy closet and a sizeable bathroom. The restaurant offered an extensive menu for breakfast. The staff was courteous and helpful. We plan to stay at this modern hotel whenever we visit Wroclaw.

The only downside was a tiny gym.

I got a comfortable room with a spacious bathroom (that included a bidet, rarely seen in hotels). There was airco in the room, which helped during the hot days and nights. Breakfast buffet was amazingly rich. Wifi was provided for free; it was stable and fast. Hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town.

The hotel is surrounded by cobblestone streets. Forget about sleeping with an open window, because the traffic noise will wake you up early in the morning. Closed windows do reduce the noise, but not entirely.
