The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. A good breakfast each morning. A really good sized room. Great value for money.

The decor is a little dark and dated but it had everything you needed and is all you can expect for the great price.

For good price awsome! Great stuf, very clean hotel, look like fresh painted, new furniture, huge room and bathroom. Standard good brakefast. In Center, all u nead reach by walking, trams, many shops, bar, restavrant, uber... real superb to travel and cheep...

Nothing to complain.. my be not peacfull at night, but u must be avare this is city of young crowd party open to last guest go home at the morning. Also some homeles people, but city security respond imidiatly, they are like ninjas.. no seen, but there in sec when needed!

Staff are excellent room comfortable great big bath and shower .Location 5minutes from central square 5minutes from market and river excellent. Breakfast excellent. Hot cold savoury good choice.

No fridge which was not good considering there's no bar in the hotel.Could do with toaster in breakfast lounge.

location is great, right in the city centre and a short walk from the main square. the place had a feeling of a passed era, rescued somehow and pushed throught the change of times.

staff were weird.. never acknowledged you coming in or out. more so avoiding any eye contact. sometimes there was no one on the reception and anybody could just walk in. security is a bit... well, there isn't any.

The room was a great size and the beds were very comfy. The staff were lovely and the location is amazing.

You had to request cleaning services which isnt great as we were very busy and never made it down to the lobby in time to request this.

It is located near the city centre. 8 min travel from warclow station in car. The rooms was very ancient type when we entered, requested to change the room them we upgraded to the queen room it was good. At first we thought of cancelling the hotel but later receptionist helped to change another room.

It looks very ancient. Breakfast was limited and had only pork as meet. They don’t provide any chicken. Even the vegetable serving also very limited.

My experience at this hotel was really fantastic! Exceeded my expectations on every level! I loved the kind of ambience, the sense of warmth that felt inside the room. the room was small but charming!! and nobody needs a bigger room, when you have the cleanest clothes, a comfortable, warm bed, a desk to work, silence and discreet atmosphere and a very good level of wi-fi! The reception staff was very correct, polite and available. They helped me a lot with my needs (taxis, city map, clarification, stored my luggage, etc) and were always very friendly. I loved breakfast. I don't eat much for breakfast..., but everything you need was on offer and it looked excellent, so I had cheese (very very good) with jams (all good), I tried the eggs and sausages and everything it looked really good. Oh! even the coffee tasted good to me: espresso and hot! Ah and so near of Market Place and even the cannals! In addition, it has a strategic location, for those like me, who have to work and want to know: I was able to visit the squares, the churches, the islands, the cathedral and the GNOMES!!! and all walking! it was really good! I loved Lotus! I will be back!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location to city centre and a great breakfast!

The room was a little warm so we had the windows open and there was noise from the road during the night. However when we closed the windows you couldn’t hear noise.

Breakfast plenty of choice,lots of cereal,yoghurt,hot and cold choices,ham and eggs,boiled eggs,cold meats,fruit,cheeses pastries cake etc,down side no toaster, plenty breads and rolls,pancakes and crepes,everything you need and replaced immediately they empty

A wee toaster would be really good,and the coffee is really good, liked everything else.

Staff were really helpful - they helped me change my booking to a later date, at no extra charge and despite my booking a non transferable room, when my circumstances changed a couple of days before I was meant to arrive. The room was a good size for the price paid, the breakfast was nice and the hotel is very well located close to the old town centre.
