The hotel is well designed, and although it’s only a few minutes walk from the main square, it is set in quiet, tranquil surroundings. On arrival, we appreciated being upgraded to a superior room, and found it to be clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of foods. The bus stop for catching the airport bus (no 106) was only a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful with locating this. Would definitely recommend Konspira restaurant, and the beer at Spiz in the main square.

This hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance from the city center in a quiet location next to many local restaurants. Restaurants and coffee shops were trendy with great food choices, prices and atmosphere. Hotel is beautiful and looks recently updated with modern features. Beds are very soft and comfortable. There is a wine cellar in the basement for leisure drinks with daily specials along with appetizer choices. Breakfast options offer a wide variety. Hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk from tram lines. If you're coming from the Wroclaw main train station, take the 15 or 32 tram line to the (I believe) 3rd stop. Walk across the bridge over the river, and you'll walk straight to the hotel.

I didn't see a thermostat to regulate the temperature. However, there was a fan that you could plug in that cooled the room down nicely.

The Herbal Hotel Wrocław was a delightful surprise! Nestled in a historic building, it seamlessly blends modern comforts with old-world charm. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. While we appreciated the overall cleanliness, we did miss having slippers provided in the room. The hotel's location was fantastic, placing us within walking distance of the vibrant Old Town and its many attractions. However, we did find the entrance sign a bit discreet, which could be a minor inconvenience for new arrivals. Despite these small details, our stay at the Herbal Hotel Wrocław was truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of history, comfort, and convenience in Wroclaw.

The hotel is a renovated property. The history and the renovation story is displayed in the hotel. I loved the garden in front of the hotel. Though it was not in bloom in this season, it gave me a wonderful view from my room and provided seclusion to hotel. It also gives a resort like feel in middle of the city. The room was big, modernly furnished and clean. Good amenities. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast spread was good. The staff was very friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful. They have their own wine cellar and restaurant. There are lot of restaurants near the hotel as well. Riverside park is very close. While I was here for work, I could relax in my room and felt refreshed.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Wroclaw in the old historic building dated back to 17th century. The room was spacious and extremely quiet. The room's bed was very good to sleep. Breakfast was good and tasty - a lot of varieties. The hotel also has a nice wine cellar - recommended to visit and taste some good wines. The hotel was the room was super clean.

The bathroom has a high bath which was not good for "climbing in". It would be nice to have a bathroom with regular shower or shower cubicle rather than a bath. For elder people it might be challenging to climb in the bath.

The hotel is nice and clean , a bit different because it is located into an old monastery ,but different in a good way because it looks very original .Location is very good close to NFM and the The Rynek .I loved the bathroom -it was very spacious , clean and bright with a nice bathtub . Very quiet , even though it is in the middle of the city .Also i had a good impression about the breakfast-good quality and a special note for the kitchen staff who was very nice and helpful.

The only negative opinion i have is about the cleaning of the rooms which is upon request ??? I didn't get that info at the check in , they only said about towels policy and special cleaning . Nobody came into the room for 3 days to take the garbage ,clean the cups and refill coffee and tea . It was the first time i heard that you have to ask for this type of usual cleaning .I m saying this for other guests just to be informed and ask for it.

Nice design of the room, quiet atmosphere, nice smelling toiletries, clean towels and bed linen, comfortable bed, VERY clean bathroom

No air conditioner :( the portable one didn't do the job. And no room service. Although there are restaurants right across the hotel.

Very quiet even it is in the middle of town. Very clean and very friendly staff. We stayed on new year eve and spent night in wine cellar it was perfect!

Beautifully decorated throughout. The former occupants the Nuns should be proud and I loved the Bells ringing out in the morning! Our accommodation was stunning with a fantastic huge bathroom living room area and a massive comfortable bed. Location was excellent. Just a 7 minute walk to the Main Square. The local neighbourhood had some great bars and restaurants though with big mentions to Ale Brouwar & Woosabi in particular. Make sure you pop down nearby "Neon Alley" after dark for an amazing retro signage display too

Only very minor negative related to in room refreshments. Kettle,coffee,tea provided but no milk. When I asked Reception they said they didn't provide milk, so I went to Zabka,two minutes round the corner and bought a bottle A very minor blip to an otherwise outstanding stay.
