This was maybe my 7th or 8th stay in Puro Wroclaw. It's a great hotel in a perfect location. Super friendly staff, comfortable room and a nice lobby where you can work in peace.

I keep forgetting the AC is pretty bad/not working (it's not the first time I've experienced this). Setting the lowest room temperature didn't help, and the sun can do its thing on warm days and make the room pretty hot. I'd recommend looking for an alternative if the weather forecast looks great. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The whole experience in the hotel was excellent. For me on a business trip it was important to find clean, modern rooms with functional elements as well as a cooperative staff, a place to work at the lobby, reliable WiFi, good food and drinks to name just the essentials. Although, in this stay not everything was perfect, it was amazing how well, fast, conveniently and friendly _all_ of the staff dealt with even smallest issues. My stay was perfect, I am travelling world wide every year in 4 and 5 star locations and I have high demands on the places I stay since I do not have time and energy to deal with other things than the purpose of my journey. When I booked this hotel I did not know it. Now, if I have days to spend in Wroclaw, this is the place I will book. Rooms are small to medium size, absolutely clean, TV has chromecast, room WiFi password are per reservation, i.e. no previous guest can be MIM for your room, price is acceptable and you get a lot of hotel and service quality in return. It takes you 5 minutes to walk into the old center of Wroclaw; for having a good breakfast, lunch or dinner, this would not be necessary since you will find an attractive variety of restaurants within closest walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very good location. It has beautiful and very modern interiors both in common areas as well as in the rooms. The staff was very helpful and kind. Free drinks in the lobby including cups to go are a very nice touch. The hotel operates in a very eco friendly manner which is nice to see. You can feel comfortable while chilling in the lobby on one of the very comfortable sofas/chairs or outside. The room itself (we had a courtyard view one) was nice and comfortable with everything (lights, heating/cooling etc) operated via tablet. Bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. The bathroom was comfortable to use with toiletries provided and some basic necessities such as cotton pads, tampon etc included as well. The bathroom itself is a bit funky with glass walls, there is a curtain so you can't see what other people do there but I can see how it could be uncomfortable if you are going with a friend or at the beginning of a relationship. The whole room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is on a pricey side but convenient and very tasty with a wide range of buffet and cooked items to choose from even if you come at the end of the service. We had breakfast in the courtyard which was lovely. It is worth spending some time in the courtyard just to chill in the morning or in the evening as it's really nice.

Loved the coffee and tea facilities in the lobby but was missing having an option to have a kettle in the room.

I asked for a very quiet room and some other things and they fulfilled all my wishes . The communication with the staff was excellent, in person or by email. The staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is ideal, in the center but not noisy. The room was very clean and they have incorporated technology very well. I did not use all the facilities but there are plenty of them. I will definitely revisit.

There is an issue with the shower design. It gets easily flooded, so one has to be careful how to use it. It would be very helpful if they find some sort of solution for this but I am sure they are aware of it and they will try to address this issue.

The staff are amazing, incredibly helpful, and insightful. The rooms were of an incredibly high standard for the price point. The breakfast was sublime. The attention to small details such as beverages in the lobby, carrot juice! The outside patio & garden loungers were a nice touch, I could go on and on. I am so impressed with this hotel and wroclaw. A 2-night stay just isn't enough. We will return.

I didn't like that our air conditioning unit started to leak on the 2nd evening at 11pm. HOWEVER, we were immediately upgraded to a superior room.. sorry I really don't have anything negative to say

For half of our stay all the internet connection was lost for our floor, so for both rooms, as everything is controlled through a tablet in the rooms, we could not control our lights properly, couldn’t change the room temp, the TVs didn’t work so the kids couldn’t watch it whilst we got ready, and the Wi-Fi was down so all my work emails I had to deal with whilst away I had to do use my own data. We did speak to the staff a few times, who were very apologetic and friendly, but it didn’t help as it not got resolved. Lovely hotel, but this was a really down point for both rooms as we expected these things and had paid for them.

Everything was in line with expectations (based on photos and available reviews). Room was clean, bed was comfortable, all the necessary small staff in the bathroom available. Tablet in the room to regulate the room temperature, use room service, even turn on floor heating in the bathroom. I had to ask for additional blanket and it was provided immediately. Parking available in the hotel for additional charge, there were no space available at the day we checked in, however 50% discount was given for the parking nearby (at the end even cheaper than the one in the hotel, 2 min walk distance). Location - right next to old town. Staff helpful and friendly.

Slightly uncomfortable pillows, but only during check out I noticed that there was a note in the room from the hotel offering to change the pillows for hard ones if current ones does not suit. I missed it.

I liked the room and that everything can be controlled by a tablet like bathroom floor heating, setting different light modes in the room, setting the temperature in the room, and even checking out. It's very simple.

I didn't find the greeting towards the hotel guest polite. First a receptionist at the desk helped and she couldn't even smile and say welcome. Which is what you want when you first walk into a hotel. Also a deposit was made and they were being difficult about it. We wanted to pay the difference but this was not possible. A deposit of €118 was taken off and I had to pay the full price after that of around €260 (including parking). It took 2 days to deposit the €118 back but only after I had to ask twice. Bit sure why they wanted to still keep my mo ey after we already spent the first night there. Also it's my money and I needed it during the holiday which was not possible due to this. Please let guests pay the difference if they already are staying there.

Excellent location, away from the overcrowded Old Town market square, surrounded by a lovely selection of restaurants and bars. It's within walking distance from the central train / bus station, just a few steps away from Fosa Miejska and opposite the White Stork Synagogue. It's a new hotel and excellent facilities, the rooms are small (we stayed in a standard twin) but we didn't need more space for an overnight stay. I would stay there again for sure!

The rooms were a bit small (standard twin), the bathroom has glass walls so there's very little privacy - you can hear EVERYTHING. Could be an issue to those who need their peace and quiet while on a toilet ;)
