Great location, not expensive public underground parking nearby makes it convenient to travel with a child. Our room was clean and spacious, and the water and kettle with coffee and tea selection in the room itself is a very welcoming touch. Breakfast is good, with enough variety, they provide a decent selection of cold cuts and hot dishes, and the service was very good. Spa is nice, and clean (convenient to get there using a separate elevator), the pool itself is a nice size for a hotel, and the gym is compact but has enough equipment for a workout if you need it. The reception service is exceptionally polite and welcoming, will be definitely staying there again.

I had dinner at the hotel and both my dinners and the breakfast were really nice. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also great because it was easy to walk to the town square etc.

the desk in the room is too low and the chairs too high - I found it really hard to work on my computer and it actually hurt my bag to sit a the desk. It would be great if you could do something about that. When I travel for work I always spend hours working in my room so if the facilities are great that makes a big difference to me

The sauna and swimming pool are not overcrowded. The rooms are comfortable and pretty. Good parking if you come by car (20 zl/day)

Restaurant offers delicious food, however, the waiting times are ridiculous. 1 visit: it took more than 1 h to get food. 2 visit: 1.5 h to deliver soup, 2 h - main dish 3 visit: after giving the menu, the waiter didn't come for more than 20 min. Had to leave and find another restaurant.

Very loud and annoying music in the dinner room in the early evening before 8 pm. Nespresso Coffee in the room is charged which is ridiculous. Staff told me that pool opened at 9 am but it was open at 7 am.

Reasonably well sound-proof room, comfy beds, large and mostly deserted swimming pool, nespresso, close to everything. The restaurant serves decent steaks.

Staff doing the minimum they need to do - I am locked out, card not working, cold and wet, coming back from the swimming pool, nobody cares to bring me the card, I need to go down to the reception desk.

Rooms not silences enough, we could hear people walking non stop. Bathroom door could offer more privacy. Sauna and swimming pool are closing to early.

Room was a very good size, clean, ultra modern, good bed, large TV. Pool was wonderful, very good jacuzzi. Breakfast has a good selection.

Bathroom had no electric sockets for electric toothbrush or shaver. Coffee at breakfast was not the best. Restaurant has limited evening menu, with deeply uncomfortable chairs - armchairs were being used as dining chairs and it made eating a much less pleasnt experience.

So far it's our favourite hotel in Wroclaw. Great location (walking distance to the city center), great facilities (my daughter loves the pool and we love the jaccuzi:), friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. It was our second, but definately not the last stay there.

Modern very clean and well maintained hotel with nice indoor pool. Hotel rooms very spacious, clean and modern. Nice bathroom with shower. Even the stairwells were immaculate. Some older touches remain in building which appears to have been completely renovated.

Front desk employee (young male) initially said there was no availability for early check-in even though staff had already written me that I could check in early. Room suddenly became available when I showed him the written message sent a day or to earlier by hotel staff. Given a room with 2 small beds even though I paid for / requested a room with king bed. To avoid hassle /inconvenience did not change rooms. Otherwise room was very nice and clean.

Starting from the reception, even before our arrival to the hotel, the personnel was always polite, helpful and very professional. The room was extremely comfortable, cozy and clean. The bed is super comfortable. The location is the best, in a neighborhood full of good taste and close to the best restaurants and bars. The wellness area is even better than we imagined. For sure we will stay here again if we return to the city.
