We really liked this hotel. We had a warm welcome and the staff were keen to explain where we were in the city. Room was excellent though it could do with more sockets or a USB socket. Breakfast was very good as were the staff who were very attentive. The location couldn't be better. 5 minutes easy walk to the main square, 10 minutes walk to the airport bus, 5 minutes to tram stops. Communication with thd hotel was very good. Speedy responses.

We were at the front of the hotel with an excellent view. However, the road outside is noisy even with soundproofing. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back.

Stayed with a family with young children. Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Located right next to the old town, easy car access, and parking available. Rooms are small but comfortable enough for a few days stay, clean and cozy. We were delighted by the attention to children; the room had books, soft toys, and a playhouse waiting for us. Everything was in excellent condition and cool! The reception also offered a free gym and sauna. The breakfast was very pleasing, with a large assortment, hot dishes, and a diverse cuisine. The food in the restaurant was so delicious that it was hard to stop and go into town :) Overall, the hotel was a pleasant experience.

The mini-fridge barely cools, and the weak air conditioner made it difficult to set a comfortable temperature.

10/10 ☺️ everything was perfect. Great location- it's 5 min walk from the city centre. We were there with a baby and a service was brilliant! In the room was everything we needed - a cot, bathtub for a baby, playmat, books, plate for a baby, changing mat - there was even a bottle warmer and a nursing pillow, we were really surprised in a good way :) wow The staff at the reception and at breakfast were nice and friendly. The breakfast was great, there was a lot to choose from. We really had a great time. Thank you, we definitely recommend it and we will come back again!

Near the (beautiful) city center, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast 10+ Sauna was very nice, Don't think that many guests know this is free of charge !

Motorbikers and supercar owners showed of their material with making a lot of noise in the streets. Not that the hotel can do much about this , but having a room near the street doesn't help. We couldn't sleep on Saterday night ! All other days were more or less ok, but the motorbikes did ruin our sleep a bit.

It is close to the city center, out of the hjustle and bustle of people and music around Rynek. All necessary things easy to buy in close area. I can reccommend freeguide tour (you pay what you want- everybody does). It is worth - the guide tells you everything to make a picture of the history of Wroclaw. Easy to find on the Internet.

Traffic might be heavy around hotel, take earplugs not to be woken in the morning for those who are sensitive. We were tired, no problem.

The location. The Staff were very helpful. Very clean. We put in a request before we arrived and it was ready for us.

When the receptionist ordered out cab on Sunday she asked how much it would cost and she was told 80 when we got out at the Airport he charged 120 as it was Sunday. So nothing to do with Hotel but May be have a word with your local cab people, because after a lovely stay it is ruined by a cab driver.

Perfect location. Close to the historical centre (not even 5min walk). Nice family room. 2 rooms next to each other with 2 double beds and a door for some privacy for the parents. 2 bathrooms. Everything clean. Nice touch with some toys, books, color prints and teddy bears for the kids. Good breakfast, nice coffee.

Nothing actually. It was all we were looking for in a hotel in the city

We had a great 3 night stay here. It's comfortable, quiet and has good facilities. We especially liked the inclusion of a fridge, safe and small bottles of water in the room. It's only 5-7 mins walk to the main square. We would recommend. Large TV and the lift was in good working order (we needed as we were on the 5th floor).

There was nothing we didn't like. We didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included and we thought it seemed quite expensive.

Location is perfect for us. Close to the Stare Miasto. Our room looked onto courtyard/car park at the back of the building so we didn’t have traffic noise. Room facilities were good, a proper hairdryer, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable bed. Added bonus of on site parking, pay at the hotel, which is a commodity in Wroclaw. We didn’t have breakfast or use the gym or sauna. We will definitely stay again.

We found nothing to dislike.

Everything was excellent from the start till the end. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive, answered all our questions with a smile and helped us a lot during our stay. Thank you to all for everything. We hope to be back one day! :)
