NIce big hotel with a great view of the mountains. The pool area, sauna, game room, and outside playground was perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms.

The bartender was rude at the hotel (he would not take my order, even when the next person waiting pointed out to him that I was first), but luckily there is restaurant on the hotel grounds with a bar and there the staff was extremely friendly, and polite.

Nice, clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, varied. Dinner available for long time and very good. I enjoyed the most SPA centre, especially Sauna, evening time. Bus stop at the corner, 2 min walk. Perfect location, on the hill with peace and great view a around. All in one, it was a great experience! I would like to come again:)

Clean and comfortable room, simple but nice SPA, great location.

Breakfast was ok but it is a pity that the delicious oat porridge was available only one time. Also the queues at 8 am and lack of sitting room in the breakfast hall are a minus. It would be also great to move the breakfast to 7 am to allow earlier departure for hiking.

Hotel was great value for money, breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice , lots of space and nice gardens to move around, close to bus stop for Zakopane, and right next to some trails. BIG PIZZA AND Beer for 50z great value in evening

Bedsheets didn't get changed for duration of stay, was my only negative

The hotel is in a wonderful environment, although a bit far from Zakopane city center, but an ideal place if you would like to do hiking in the Tatra Mountains. It is in a quite location, with nice panoramic view to the mountains, so guest can easily relax during their stay. Breakfast is delicious with wide rage of choice for all taste. The wellness area is well equipped, you can find pools, saunas and gym in the hotel.

overall frendly staff, nice spa/pool area which was not overcrowded, good breakfast, despite the somewhat remote location ,there is a shop just across the street, prices are a bit inflated for western standards still totally okay.

A few more signs in English would be helpful, also the English of the staff is not up to basic communication,but maybe that can't be expected as the hotel mostly caters to domestic vacationers

Perfect location - few minutes from the bus stop or 10 mins drive from Zakopane. Great place to be based if you want to go on the trails. Outstanding views. Exceptionally clean and well organised. Tasty breakfast with plenty options to choose from. Staff move, helpful and professional. Great value for money.

Breakfast was superb, a lot of choises and the meal was delicious.

The walls are thin and you can hear people speaking in neighboring room. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were really durty, it seems the water is not sufficiently cleaned.

The best breakfast in the world! Really amazing. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa. Its really worth to pay extra for the massage. Really worth it.

No air conditioner, so if you're staying on the last floor it means you will get no sleep, because we only had 2 skylights with direct sunlight all day long so by the evening the room is an oven. Also the window curtains are light cream color so again no sleep, this time because its just to bright from 5 in the morning.
