Good location, very nice and clean room. Extremely good, regional breakfast. So many choices for everyone. There was even polish żurek soup. Hotel provides with coupons -15% for thermal pools- Termy Chochołowskie. Very elegant and modern hotel! Wi-Fi working good!

Parking should be included in the room rate as it was when I was there last time. This is not really cool. Another thing- the hitting in the room not working properly, the wall heating switched off when outside was 5°C. We asked at reception desk and they brought us to the room electric heater.

The service was unprofessional... Breakfast restaurant was good (not professionals but with smile and energy we were good feeling). Lobby bar were totally amateurs, we were waiting for "waiter" 20 minutes -table is near the bar, they saw us but did not serve us (the bar was not full) !! I have to walk 3 meters and order drinks and snacks. He changed mineral water still/sparkling and forgot second coffee. Cappuccino was like washing machine water.. Sancks and cake was very good. Service is for 2 stars hotel, not 4 stars.

The place has a good location. Our stay was unfortunately out of the season and ski lift was closed. Anyway we have found the ski hill just 15 minutes to drive from the hotel. It is approximately 30 minutes to walk to the city. The breakfast was perfect. Facilities were fancy. As we we were staying from Monday till Friday the hotel was not filled up with the people and the pool was free. The cozy bar and friendly barmen. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to the couples as well as to the families.

SPA was unfortunately broken and had not been repaired during our stay. Anyway we have found termal bath just 10 minutes away from the hotel. To find the pool and the restaurant was a real QUEST and it took a time to find it.

The room was spacious, modern decor , modern bathroom and very clean. The breakfast was superb with efficient service. There was a very nice fellow in the parking lot that was eager to help and he found some space for my car. Althou it was after 9 pm the bar was open an provided light meals and drinks

The breakfast hall was too crowded with much noise and human traffic.

"iLumio" software running on the television, this app is unusable, not compatible with anything, it doesn't even allow you to mirror the phone. Of course, this is just an observation, it did not spoil the overall positive impression in any way

The accommodation was fantastic, with a friendly staff and a stunning location. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We will definitely be returning regularly. The breakfast was excellent, and I was absolutely blown away by the hotel's amenities and services.

Everything in hotel was in good condition and it was clean. Room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast also was delicious.

I enjoyed my time in this hotel. The only thing that could get better is a better variety of cakes in breakfast.

The room was excellent. It could not be better for that money—a lot of space, a comfy bed, and a wow view from the balcony. Super! Breakfast was also excellent. We also ordered a massage - 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!
