We liked everything, really. The view from #8 room (2nd floor) was stunning (to the peak of Kasparowy Wierch). Breakfast was simple, but fresh, tasty and there was everything what you could eat just like at home. Also, there was a Sauna included in the room price (sauna is ready to use when you request), so after long hikes it was so relaxing. There is no kitchen, kitchenware or kitchenette stuff in the room and we know that, so we brought our electric kettle but actually we didn’t use it because everyday (all day after the breakfast) at the breakfast place (ground floor) there was an electric kettle, honey, tea bags, coffee, cookies, fruits, so we could make our warm drinks after the long hikes! Just perfect.

We didn’t like the bathroom glass walls idea in the room because its uncomfortable to turn blinds every-time when you use the toilet, also (funny), but glass didn’t isolate the sounds so i hope there will be a wooden or brick walls someday in the future. :)))

Excellent place to stay loved the decoration. All very clean and modern working facilities. Sauna and chill out area. The daily breakfast buffet, with also an option for a cooked plate, was really nice. Always healthy and varied. All staff are very friendly people . Great view for mountains from the balcony if you take up this option. A little walk from the town but walking distance to kuznice for hikes. Also, many transfer coaches for further away hikes such as 5 lakes, rysy, morskie oko area. Would book again here if we return to zakopane no hesitation.

Nothing not to like

The host and actually EVERYONE that works there are super polite, professional and kind.... Some of the best staff anywhere in the World.... Place is located off the center but really convenient if you are into hiking, skiing etc... Very beautifully decorated, well equipped and just great....definitively has a feel of a property from a catalog...designed by a professional decorator. Breakfast in the morning was also very good....with a lot of fresh food and emphasis on healthy eating

well... not so much I didn't like it, but sometimes I see the functionality sacrificed for style... And so in the bathroom the sink is located on a small pedestal and there is basically very little room to place your toiletries. Bathroom doors, considering how large they are.... would prefer regular smaller wooden doors over transparent glass... even though there is a curtain in addition to the doors... The closet has only 2 shelves... I stayed alone and occupied the entire space....can't imagine 2 people sharing this one closet (the room was for 2)..... though there is plenty of hangers....would surely design it with more shelving and less space to hang things....

Location is perfect: Antałówka is a silent district, but not so far from the city center and national park - around 30 mins only. Villa offers many suprising details: varied breakfast where you can make yourself a sandwich for later + access to water/tea and biscuits around the clock, free sauna or nordic walking poles, comfortable parking and great view of Tatra mountains from your balcony. These small things make your stay exceptional. The design is one of the kind and you can tell that the owner has a good taste in it. She is very polite, helpful and hospitable. Can't find any cons!

Great, clean, beautiful room and very comfortable bed. Near to the centre. Delicious and fresh breakfast, you can order fresh cooked eggs with toppings etc., tasty coffee. Really enjoyed interior and atmosphere. Parking space for your car. Nice staff. Liked that the villa is small and you can feel like home. Would love to stay here again.

For better communication staff need to learn English. We can use google translate but it is nice when you can communicate without device. :) (I'm not English person). First day room cleaning was forgotten, although we said that we will leave after 1 hour. Soap liquid container worked not so well, need to check these kind of things. Tried to reserve sauna, but I think it was too late in the evening, but I didn't get any reply to my message also, would be nice to get a reply...

Everything. We were quite surprised how beautiful our room was. We had a view on the countryside full of snow. Also there was a possibility to take a look from the balcony. There were so many options what to eat for breakfast - saugages, eggs, cheese, jajeçnica, fresh bread.. Simply perfect. Our host was very kind mistress who takes care over customer request, answers on every question. Location was perfect as it is mentioned in any other review - 10 minutes from the beginning of Krupowki street. We are looking forward to spend some time here again.

Lovely quiet location in residential suburbs of Zakopane, yet short walk to the centre or into national park and really cool restaurant called Stara Papiernia if you seek quality food. Light and bright rooms, good sauna and related facilities, practical communal areas. Hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. Completely safe even for solo female travellers.

I wasn't too fortunate first couple of nights, stayed in room 2 and had rather noisy guests next to me. If you're a light sleeper and like to sleep beyond 6am, you may hear all the noise from downstairs breakfast room and hotel guests talking whilst passing the room going up/downstairs. I asked to be moved, unfortunately, all rooms were occupied as it was very busy weekend so was only moved to a suitable room on my last night. Hopefully, owners will do something with soundproofing moving forward. If you're someone who doesn't mind such type of noise, then no red flags at all.

mountain view from the room was nice, good location away from the main street, very nice host and a good breakfast. The host with very good communication skills (and English), was helping us with restaurants, and hiking trails, all in all, highly recommended.

We came in a hot day, the A/C was not cooling (the fan was working but no cool air). There was some noise from the passing cars, so we could not left the window open. The A/C looks new, so I believe the failure is only relevant to the room we got. However - not too bad, and we would return to the villa in future...

Wonderful Villa with a limited number of rooms (I believe 12 - 13) so not crowded. The design, cleanliness, and overall comfort was excellent. The room (balcony with mountain views) was nicely designed. Comfortable double bed, chairs for relaxing on the balcony as well as nice clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent - nice selection with eggs cooked to order. The sauna was great for 4 persons (included in price but need to reserve the time - so you have the sauna and relax room to yourself). Parking was on-site with no issues. Overall, a great stay in Zakopane. The walk into town is around 15 - 20 minutes (no issue as outside the noise of the center). Will be staying there again.

Nothing - all was good.

The environment and interior was realy nice. Lots of wood elements and really clean. Wonderful and helpful staff. We liked that we could use breakfest area as a tea/coffee and biscuits area after noon. Food quality is also good,

We were group of 12 and for 10 of us the beds were not soft enough, resulting in bad sleep quality. Breakfest had 6 hot meal options, which never changed and 5 of them where variations of cooked eggs. We had a person who dislike eggs overall, so she really missed hot meal options, for example pancakes would be wonderful addition to menu, since they are liked by many people including children.
