location is great, hotel is clean, breakfast is fantastic, facilities were good, swimming pool was not working but they did everything to compensate

wellness was nothing special, plus surcharge for parking is not worthy of a 5 star hotel, rather the cost of room shall include that

Great location, friendly staff, large room on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Separately, ,I also ordered a surprise for the partner. There was a very tasty cake and everything was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we did not have time to go to the restaurant or the swimming pool, which are located in the hotel itself.

Although the room was clean, unfortunately we were in for a surprise in the form of a package on the ceiling. It spoiled the impression a little. And one more, in the hotel was huge comfortable, soft and white bed, but very uncomfortable pillows.

Location parking breakfast . We had a spacious appartement. Staff in general are helpful . Pool and soa n massage was good. However my husband was charged for a more expensive massage whereas he got the service for a cheaper option. We realised it only much later. You should verify this as the staff can be confused many times due to language issues and in general they are quite not sure. The reception staff over the phone are extremely rude n dont help. But if you arrive at the reception and request something, they are extremely helpful and friendly. Not sure why this different behaviour when you call them

The house keeping schedule is a mess. They don’t respond well over the telephone and staff can be rude on the phone but when you soeak in person they are always helpful . Not sure why on the phone they act strange. Parking indoors was good but expensive.

- Location is not in the center but around 12 mins walking which is great. It’s a quiet area but close to center with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. I stayed here with my family for 10 nights. - The Mountain View was really nice - Staff were quite helpful - basement parking which takes you directly to your room via elevators is great. However, it’s is chargeable by the day unfortunately. - Refreshment drinks and fruits at the lobby was nice.

- no one was there to pickup or bags to the room. - reception usually has only one person and the hotel gets busy, so you have to wait a lot for your turn. - rooms cleanliness can definitely improve. Cleaners take around 2 mins max to clean a room. - The lobby is spacious but lacks cleaning, that includes the kids play area. Couches are almost always dirty. - Bed and pillows aren’t comfortable. A 5 star hotel should offer a lot better than this.

Breakfast was lovely The swimming pool and jacuzzi area had an adults only hour. Comfortable beds. Overall, it's a good location.

-The cleaning was weird. Sometimes we had an impression nobody came to clean at all, some days it was done properly. -The hotel looks a bit worn-out in general. - Overcrowded - The dinner buffet was extremely overpriced for Poland. The evening restaurant had a pretty average service. Once, we almost left without paying since nobody bothered to bring us the bill. We kept asking for it multiple times. - The working hours of the bars and restaurants were complex and confusing. They could have printed this info and put it in the rooms. - Once, we asked for a knife and fork to take to our room and were treated like potential thieves. The lady was very concerned about us not returning the cutlery back. Seriously? In a 5* hotel?

The hotel has lots of facilities. Very well designed hotel. Spacious room (we had a Studio with kitchenette room). Very Good breakfast and buffet dinner offering. Everything worked very well. Very comfortable feel to the hotel. Good location for walking to National park and not far from Zakopane centre.

Parking prices are a bit steep but knew that in advance from the online hotel details. No air con in this room either - which again we knew in advance from the booking details. It was hot weather while we were there and air con would have made things more comfortable.

Has a good variety of different room types with different view and location. Room was clean and as always as good as Radisson standards :) Has a good swimming pool and the saunas. Breakfast is tasty and has a good variety of food. The dinner is a buffet type also and is good. Staff were nice and helpful. Has an underground parking for ~20$/day Location is very good and the hotel is situated in 5 minutes from the city center (Krupówki street) and 30 minutes walk from the entrance to the Tatrzanski national park (recommend)

Almost no worries. Bath towels were made from the weak material that was letting pieces of it after use. But that’s a minor concern Ah and of course it’s very expensive, especially in peak seasons, even if it’s just a lot of people coming (seasonal vacationing for some countries)

Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. It should be made clearer that there is a’la carry menu also available. I loved the smell in the lobby area.

The spoons in the room were dirty (at the back of them, luckily I checked) I was surprised that the fridge was empty. I would expect more than one sheet of toilet paper. Staff should provide more information to guests. They didn’t inform me of the process of parking the car once paid. I had to enquire which is when I was given a ticket to get in. I wasn’t told I may have to tap the card in the lift to be able to get to my floor. When asked about spa facilities opening times I wasn’t told there is a break 12:00-13:00 and unfortunately this is the time I went to use it so had to go back to the room and wait for one hour. It should be marked clearly for jacuzzi to work you need to press the button.

Nice helpful staff. Very good rooms . Well kept & designed. Very good and rich breafast. Short walking distance to center of town. Comfy beds & airconditioned.

Parking a bit far from the entrance ( the one in front of hotel is rather expensive). Small pool.

Hotel is in a good location, it is near mountain tracks and just a few hundreds meters to city center. You can reach every place by foot. Little supermarket is near hotel too. Hotel has underground parking and parking by entrance. Lobby and other leisure zones has lot of space and comfortable. Staff is good english speaking, polite and always smiling. Rooms are not big, but tidy and quite. Bathroom is big enough, has bath and shower too. Breakfast offers standart meals and star of all children american waffles with sprayed cream. Tip for visitoes to ask for freshly baked eggs with salmon or other breakfast options. There is a lot of to choose from for kids breakfast menu. Hotel restaurant is good too, making a good burgers for normal price. Pool zoone is not big, but enough space for a rainy day. Has a small pool for the little ones. All in all is good choice for your stay in Zakopane for a good value of money. Highly recommend.

Pool area could be warmer, but everything was well.
