We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfest was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. View from window was a big plus. Location perfect if you have a car - peaceful, without tourist crowds.

Room was not cleaned every day. Usually that would not be a problem ,but we traveled as family of 4 . I had to ask them to take out rubbish , more toilet paper and we dryed towels on balcony ( didnt help ,it was raining:D )

Good location, close to the mountains, the bus stop and the main tourist street. A wonderful resturant. The room is clean, modern and of good quality. Helpful staff, giving tips on how to get to your destination.

The air conditioner didn't really work, even on a low setting the air didn't cool down. Quite a loud environment, lots of street noise coming through the windows.

The facility was clean, the staff friendly, helpful and nice. It was easily accessible, and the food was amazing!

The hotel’s parking area was very crowded, but they sent me an information sheet about that so I was able to book a spot via e-mail before we arrived and the staff has always helped us to find the right parking spot. The bed was a little too soft for us.

It was lovely hotel, in good location - about 15 minutes to Krupówki. breakfast was nice and they have the best pancakes with cottage cheese! I had these everyday!

The towels were not changed during our 3 night stay and bed not done either, only rubbish from room taken. However it was not a big issue, and maybe 3*** hotel not doing that.

We loved every, single thing about this hotel. It was beautifully decorated in the górale style/spotlessly clean/extremely comfortable beds/spacious room and a balcony with a view/modern bathroom and hot shower/delicious breakfast/bar/fabulous location 20 min walk to Nosal ski centre and 15 min walk into town/friendly & professional staff. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and return.

The hotel is excellently located at walking distance from the centre of Zakopane, as well as the Tatry national park. Staff was friendly (although some did not speak English), and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was fine, with quite a few options.

We had a room facing the road and since the hotel is located on a big road, it was unfortunately quite noisy, which was a real downside. The coffee at breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was cozy and welcoming. I loved the friendly staff, the amazing view of the mountains and the great fresh breakfast served in the facility. Everything about our stay was convenient and our trip went smoothly.

I think there is room for improvement in regards of the beds, which were fine but can be elevated, compared to other similar hotels.

I had to pay more with £70 for room but I don't know why. And when I booked everything was included (tax and tourism tax too) but when I arrived I had to pay again these things in cash. It had been reported this but they didn't speak well in English so it didn't matter what I tell them because they didnt understand.

The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet part of Zakopane, which everyone who is looking for a place to relax and get closer to nature should book. Excellent place to start your hiking adventures! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Receptionist woman was very nice. Very good location for getting without car to hiking trails. Breakfast was good and tasty. And the room was with nice interior.

The balcony connected to the adjacent room - at least some divider would be needed. On the last day we did not get room cleaning - since we were with a child, it would be very important.
