We had a wonderful stay at Villa Blanca in Zakopane. The building is conveniently located close to the train station – we walked there in just 5 minutes. There are lovely shops and cafes nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful and feels like a museum, with so much to look at and admire. The host was incredibly welcoming. He greeted us upon arrival, explained everything we needed to know, and even left us a delightful sweet gift. The room was cozy and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The house is warm throughout, and there is a separate kitchen where you can enjoy tea, coffee, and a variety of cocoa. Everything is beautifully decorated, authentic, and well-kept. We would gladly return for another visit!

The hotel feels really cosy and like a museum, smells like a wooden chalet and really is a magical place. The breakfast was delicious, copious, made with love and served by our friendly host. We were shown an old film of people skiing in Zakopane during it, which I really enjoyed. The place was very calm so we got plenty of sleep. It's also very close to the train/bus station (about 5 mins). Very responsive host via Whatstapp/phone. I highly recommend this place!

Just two little things that really aren't big at all but will make things go like a breeze: do make sure to have internet/phone access when you arrive as we were given instructions on how to get inside the place via phone upon arrival, which was a bit of a surprise as I was expecting to be greated by someone. Also please make sure to have cash for breakfast as we learned we had to pay for it cash (again, highly recommended!) when we were rushing to get our bus. Fortunately we had cash on us.

The owners are the nicest people. They have created an incredible place, very atmospheric, cozy, homely. You can spend hours there looking at the details, marveling at the unusual objects. It is literally like being in a museum)) The breakfast is amazing, everything is done with such care, taste and flavor. We arrived late, but they even prepared us a supper in the room, with local cheeses, meat, bread and vegetables. We felt cared for the whole time. It was a real pleasure to be there.

It was amazing to stay in such a cozy house. The decorations are really beautiful. The house is located near the city center, and it is quiet at night. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and hospitable, greeting us warmly every day. When we went hiking in Morskie Oko, there was a storm and heavy rain. Upon our return, we were offered shoe heaters, which helped a lot. We really enjoyed our stay! :D

This is a wonderful place to stay. The welcome on arrival is amazing and then you enter what is more like a museum than a house. It is absolutely gorgeous. I asked if there was a restaurant nearby but the owner offered a plate of local foods, free of charge, after which I didn't need anything else. The room was lovely and I would definitely stay here again if coming back to Zakopane.

Nothing. It isn't right in the centre but it's only about 15 minutes walk across the park to Krupówki.

Fantastic wooden villa. This might not suit everyone. Very friendly family run b and b - probably the nearest English equivalent. Comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast and adapted for a vegetarian. Quiet out of centre location. Small fridge and microwave. Bigger room than it looks in the photos with glazed balcony.

Minor issues. Slightly cramped shower room. If you want to be in the centre it is about a 15 minute walk. Not an issue for me, but you might want to consider it.

Very welcoming host. Unique house with lots of historic information provided by the host. Nicely decorated. Dinning area with teas and cereals provided. We could prepare and eat our breakfast before leaving. The house is located close to train and bus station

Bed a little too small for 2 people. Tiny bathroom, but we managed .

It was a perfect mix of very traditional and just enough modern touches to make the stay perfect.. Down to the traditional washing facility ( bowl, jug, wash board and mangle) on display on the balcony to the underfloor heating in the bathroom that made it just right .

I genuinely can't find a fault with it .

One of the most satisfying and "true" experiences in Zakopane. If you want to touch a real mountain culture just book your stay here. Amazing hosts, with a huge knowledge of the region and history. Willa Blanca itself is a kind of living museum...it was amazing to stay there.

Nothing!!! Everything was amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Willa Blanca. it was just for one night and we had arrived from Krakow fairly late, but were made to feel SO welcome upon arrival. the villa is old and rustic, and with the thick snow it felt like we were in a little winter paradise. SUCH fantastic warmth and hospitality and value for money. In our room we had cheese and apples and everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it. Thankyou!
