Let’s start about owner “Teresa” She is super friendly, welcoming and gentle , warm and kind And about the apartment, you couldn’t have such experience in Zakopane more than this place , very clean , very tidy , designed well with modern furniture. The location is not that far from the center ! Actually who cares about the location when he stays in a wonderful place like Altara ! Pay a little more and get the upstairs rooms to enjoy the balcony We will definitely recommend this magical place

What an excellent little apartment to stay at in Zakopane. Very comfortable and has all the facilities you could need! The apartment had a full kitchen but we didn't really use it as there's so much tasty food around the area. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to check out later as we had a late night the day before. Even brought us some cake, wine and an extra iron in the morning. We do a hell of a lot of traveling and stayed in a lot of places but this is an easy 10/10 from us. If you are visiting Zakopane and wondering where to stay this is the place.

Apartment is approx 15min walk from town centre, and 10 min from bus station. It is in a quiet location. We were able to borrow umbrellas from reception on a rainy day. Host very friendly and helpful

We would have liked a bit more information on where to catch buses to the different villages. Not all went from bus station

Room is very good, equipped with everything you need. Room had wonderful balcony. Host is very helpful, gave us very valuable suggestions and recommendations regarding routes, eating places etc.

Nothing there. It is about 15 minute walk from the bus stations and main street, but very manageable even after hiking day😊

The apartment is very nice,comfortable and well equipped. It is close to the main square,it is about 10 min by foot. The host is kind and helpful.

Everything was great. The Apartament has everything you need and it’s really pretty, comfortable and clean. The personal was lovely and extremely helpful with their recommendations, making sure that you have a great time on Zakopane. Highly recommended and we will surely be going back next time we visit Zakopane.

This was one of the best apartment that we have stayed in. The whole house, the vibe and the decoration was so put together. The owners were so nice and really kind! We definitelly going to come back!

The place is beautiful, the location in pretty good, and the staff was attentive.

The kitchen is fully equipped, but I don't think it is convenient for full cooking. Unfortunately, the staff didn't turn the refrigerator on so our things went bad.
