Location! central, just on the main street, close to a big supermarket and all amenities. 5mins walk to the coach station and 10 from the cable car. Also nice to have a sauna and a swimming pool for free in the hotel in a relaxing area on the second floor (when no kids around 😜 ). The restaurant is lovely. Decorated like a mountain fairy tail. Nice also the decor of the rooms: wood everywhere!. Absolutely excellent value for money

Some members of staff not quite fluent in English. Shower without mixer for hot and cold water. Room pretty but not very big

The location was superb right on the center. The staff both at the reception and at the restaurant were super friendly, nice and very helpful. We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

It would have been great if the room had air conditioning due to the location it gets quite noisy and closing the window is not an option due to the heat.

shower cabin was really small, i kept hitting walls with my elbows as I was showering. lack of utensils in the room, there was a kettle, but we didn’t get any teaspoons, only wooden stir sticks. Old ones were taken by room service but we didn’t get replacement ones so we couldn’t stir our tea.

Really liked person behind counter, very nice and friendly even though I struggled speaking in Polish language. Room was amazing and they also added bottle of wine as I requested. Thank you very much :)

That SPA with pool is opened only till 8PM. Of course, I understand that it's because they work there all day so can't really complain about that - it's just it'd be nice if it could be at least till 10 pm.

You have to stay here! If you want the authentic, mountain chalet-type experience, you will love this place! It's so picturesque and also right on the main street of Zakopane which was ideal. The room was slightly dated but it was clean, friendly and we think added to the experience! The restaurant is also fabulous here - would highly recommend.

The swimming pool area could do with a refurbishment and is quite tiny - I think its the only thing that let's the hotel down. Really other than that, the hotel should be at least 4 star!

Nice hotel, with good location. Staff is helpful and kind, breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is spectacular, good food with live goral music. It was the 10. time we were in Zakopane, and this hotel is far the best among the previous accomodations we stayed. Recommend.

The hotel's parking capacitiy is limited. We could park in the public parking in the street for hourly parking fee (have to pay till 21:00 on workdays). Good thing that on saturday and sunday it's free.

Staff was quite helpful. They answered all questions and even packed me a lunch due to leaving early (before the serving of breakfast). Lovely hotel, great locations and the restaurant was superb, I only ate one dinner there but the food was very high quality. I would certainly stay here again.

A bit noisy sometimes at night, but not too bad considering in a major tourist area right on Main street.

The hotel is well located on Krupowki Street - the main street for food, drink and souvenirs. The room was big, with plenty of light and a comfortable double bed. Breakfast included in the stay and very tasty - buffet style. The location of the hotel is great - close to the main attraction of Zakopane and also to the train and bus station. Many options for eating well around the street Krupowki. The hotel has its own restaurant, live music every day and the staff is nice and polite.

Our room was facing the main street - a little bit noisy in the middle of the night - but as soon as you close the windows it's bearable.

Amazing location, right in the middle of town. The staff was welcoming and ready to answer any questions we had about where to go. The restaurant offered great food 🤌🏻

It would be nice to have smart tv with internet connection to allow us to connect to our Netflix account

The hotel is literaly next to the shopping road. The view is exceptional, and the crew is really friendly. The wooden building also has wooden walls inside the rooms, what is a really awesome.

The sauna was faulty for one day, but they repaired it for the next day, and we got a compensation.
