lovely hotel

We received two pool towels which we left in our room when checking out. We advised the receptionist that we had left the towels in our room and she said that was fine I have just noticed however that the hotel charged us €20 on our bill for these towels I am really annoyed and feel that this is wrong

Lovely breakfast..amazing pool and just adored lying in the hammocks placed around the relaxing gardens beside the fabulous pool. Rooms were spacious and spotless with incredible view of the sea and all so relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English..as I have no Portuguese so that was important. The most beautiful colourful foyer with a view of the sea ..cool furniture and a wonderful respite from the heat outside in the piano bar..charming waiter also..a truly 4star hotel!

Fresh fruit served with the cocktails would have been better than the commercial syrup..but staff were under pressure so I guess hadn't time..I found the constant taxis tiring and expensive to get anywhere as I cannot walk far with osteoarthritis and mobility issues. No buses in Albufeira?

It was our fifth time staying at the hotel and we always have a deluxe pool view room and over the years these have been tastefully redecorated. An almost 'adult' style hotel and the staff are great, particularly in the mermaid bar and the piano bar!! The housekeeping staff do a great job.

Disappointed the courtesy bus in to Old Albufeira only went twice a day (has been four or five previously), may have been almost the end of the season but there was still a desire to go in to town.

The hotel was big enough to feel like you had enough space, but also "small" enough that everything was close by. The food and cocktails were Exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall it was a pleasure to stay there and we can't wait to go back.

I really can't think of anything negative. It did the job a hotel is supposed to do and provides excellent service, a comfy bed, great food and drinks all at an affordable price.

for people of our age it was not possible to walk to the beaches and the hotel is too far away from any shops it costs over 20euro to get to town and back in a taxi

lovely hotel spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful.rooms spacious and ideal.nice to see pool lounges not covered in towels before 6am! only disadvantage its a little isolated away from alberfeira. would definitely go back to relax chill out and enjoy the sun.

Outdoor pool was very cold also there were not hot tubs , jacuzzi, outside or inside. Hotel was very short staffed., but the staff on hand were extremely professional nd helpful.

Beautiful pool and great food The BBQ was excellent with music and folk dancers with a beautiful pool setting

You need a car as it’s out of the way.

Staff marvellous. Pool area excellent. Rooms outstanding. Breakfast good. Happy hour cocktails

Bar prices a little high

Breakfast was great, everything you could want.

Room was wrong on arrival, but sorted next day, and staff were great.
