Lovely complex. We arrived earlier than I advised, at 10am and room was ready within the hour. We stored our bags in storage room and used the pool. Rooms are good, kitchen, living area and we had a 2 bed appmt. They provided tea towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid, and dish washer tablets and spare bin bags. Kitchen has microwave, toaster and a coffee machine. There is an iron. Hairdryer in bathroom which is good, I brought my own hairdryer as i always find they are not too powerful but this one was fine, so if your tight on space, leave your dryer at home. They provided toilet roll too. Laundry facilities on site which has washing powder included. Hanging line out side the back door to dry a few bits after a day at pool or beach. Cleaning staff changed our towels every 3 days and made beds. Lovely balcony at the front, we were in a ground floor appmt, we could sit out and watch the sun setting in the evening. It is about a 10 minute taxi ride into Albufeira but the complex itself is lovely if you want to chill and relax by the pool. it is a nice quiet area. There is a small childrens playground on site. Aldi shop about 8 min walk. Would return to stay here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location is very good if you have a car, nearby beaches for swimming or walking, Albufeira is also few minutes away with various boat tours. There were no noises from bars, street or anything. Full kitchen equipment, new beds, ocean and sunset view from upper floor. We did not use the pool but it looked good also. Shared washing machine service (free). Plenty of private parking space. Apartments were cleaned every 3 days.

During last days we heard noises from downstairs neighbors like pushing chairs, kids playing, even some snoring at night. So the only issue is sound isolation, of course depends how noisy neighbors are.

An amazing place to stay. Very well equipped and very clean. The doors are coded, so you don't have any stress with keys. There is a private pool, free private parking, and a laundry room as well that you can use for free (it includes also the washing powder). I really recommend it.

- The only thing that could have been in the kitchen is olive oil, salt and sugar. Of course you can buy, but in 1 week you can not finish a whole package/bottle of these things. And I feel sorry for throwing away them. -The water boiler was quite dirty inside. This was the only thing. Everything else was clean and nice.

After reading some mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect. Property is a little dated but in my opinion was very clean and still looked nice. It is in a slightly isolated area but it means you get a peaceful nights sleep, Places like Old town and marina were less than 10 mins drive, we used Uber everywhere they were fantastic arrived within 3 minutes! and were pretty cheap too works out cheaper if you are in a group! Pool Area was gorgeous and there wasn’t many people about so it was nice. I would definitely come back here again in the future!

Bathroom air con could be improved as occasionally there was a funny smell. our apartment had a nespresso machine. not everyone comes prepared with a coffee pod. A normal kettle would be better. I also think basics necessities like a small bottle of milk, teabags and sugar or coffee would be a good idea, especially if guests are checking in late, so you don’t have to worry about going to the shops as soon as you wake up.

We stayed here years ago and have great memories of our stay. We returned some 18 years later to find it’s still as stunning as ever. The apartment was beautiful, the kitchen incredibly well equipped and immaculate. The absolute beauty about this accommodation is the immaculately, stunning grounds it’s kept in. It’s is like your own paradise. The staff are lovely and accommodating and it was nice to see Manuel is still there working as hard as ever. We had a truly magical stay.

Absolutely nothing at all.

We booked this accommodation the day before as a last minute trip and were very happy, it had everything we needed. Only reason it wasn't a 10 was because the beds were a bit too hard for us and updating of the utensils in the kitchen would be great but apart from that the pool was excellent, the accommodation was perfect for our needs and the lady in reception was lovely and so helpful. Communication was brilliant throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in the future

We liked our apartment. It was big with a nice balcony. Renovated bathroom and spacious living room. Staff nice and helpful. Good communication with the hotel before the arrival.

You need to be aware that some facilities, especially the kitchen are quite dated, need to be replaced soon. No salt, pepper, sugar in the kitchen. Those would be nice to have as you don’t buy once you stay for 2-3 days. No soap in the shower.

Beautiful well maintained grounds & pool area. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The views from the balcony are good. It was all very clean. The beach is only 10 min drive away & gorgeous. Supermarket down the road & Aldi short drive away.

The superior apartment was an odd mix of new refurbishment & old furniture which didn’t overly match. The wifi was non existent. The location is ok but you definitely need a car particularly in +30 deg heat. The apartment walls as always abroad were wafer thin. The house on the hill behind has several dogs running free which barked throughout night & early morning but other than that a quiet location.

Parque Monte Verde is a small complex of apartments about 10 min drive from Old Town Albufeira. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a good sized kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable everything you need for a self catering holiday is provided with the added advantage of daily cleaning service. There's a lovely pool area with toddler pool and plenty of sunbeds at the back of the complex, and a play area with picnic area at the front. There is also a free laundry room on site, laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so no need to provide your own. Activities, such as Zoo Marine, boat trips etc can be booked through the reception at a 10% discount. There's an Aldi less than 10 min walk from the complex and a petrol station next door that sells water and snacks if caught short. The restaurant across the road is amazing if you fancy a meal out. It's an ideal location for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, although my children enjoyed it and were plenty busy with the pool and playground and activities we booked. A lovely base for a family holiday.

If I had to pick something, the couch wasn't comfortable but overall it's a great place.

Small resort with a nice swimming pool and on site parking. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice dinning table, a sofa and two chairs. There is also a tv with many channels (although we did not use it very much). Bathroom is spacious and clean. Very helpful staff and it is very easy to find help in the reception (located near the entrance). If you need a taxi to nearby places, it is probably a good idea to book at the reception, as Uber drivers in the area tend to avoid short rides (I experienced two cancellations by Uber drivers, once for going to a car rental office to pick up my rental car and another time for returning to the hotel after returning my rental car; both trips are about 5km). There is a common laundry room with one washer and one dryer. It is free of charge for resort guests. A gas station is next door and a very good Lidl is about 1km away

Not really a criticism but it would be much better if the kitchen is modernized (the cupboards and drawers all feel quite old, even though they are still functional). There is free WiFi but signal can be weak, depending on your device's location within the apartment.
