Very nice and tranquil ambiance at the pool; nice, clean and spacious room; excellent breakfast and evening dinner; very good service from Jessica and Nicole and two other male waiters (didn't get their names); Ricardo at Reception was very helpful too, as was Assistant Manager Sandra.

Can't really think of anything negative to say about our stay... we had a most relaxing one-week break there... would certainly recommend it and hope to return.

The staff make this hotel experience exceptional. They cannot do enough for you and no request is too much hassle. We had our birthdays here and would highly recommend anyone wanting to have that extra personal touch to do the same. The food at breakfast was delicious, as was the evening restaurant menu and we had very attentive service. The spa facilities were perfect, relaxing and treatments reasonably priced for the value given. The area is quiet so you can hear the ocean waves from the balcony and the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Both check in and check out were seemless. Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, the management here were keen to understand how they could do even more in future to make a stay at the hotel better and took time to meet us and ask for our suggestions. This was a simple but effective idea and I hope to come back in future to see what has developed.

The gym was a little small and under equipped, there could have been better use of the library/pool table area and the pictures of the yoga stance people on the wall in the restaurant seemed out of place but minor things overall.

The complimentary breakfast was really very nice. We came from the Epic Sana so we had been a bit spoiled (their breakfast was really excellent)- Gale was a smaller version and they had an omelet and crepe maker which was nice. The check in at Gale was absolutely 💯- Louisa was very attentive and informative. We were delighted to come to our room and find some bubbly and chocolate strawberries after telling her we were celebrating something special. This is a very quiet resort and great for couples.

We were a little disappointed that they charge to use the tennis court on site, as well as renting rackets and balls. It seemed a bit tacky considering the level of service at the hotel- it was right behind the pool and not used at all by anyone during our 3 day stay.

The pool clean and big, very close to the beach, the rooms clean and spatious, free access to gym, sauna and jacuzzi. We loved the tranquility of the place beeing an adults only hotel.Breakfast very good.

We had to pay all the drinks including water( we had payed in advance half-board),they did not have a coffee machine at breakfast and the coffee they served was not as we expected for a high rate hotel. Also at dinner they served the same menu all week.

The breakfast bar had a good selection of food to suit all tastes. Hot cooked breakfasts were made to order. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a good standard on a daily basis.

More general information in the room about the hotel facilities, opening times of restaurant, use of towels in pool, booking for treatments etc would have been useful.

Excellent customer service at the front desk. Had an amazing pedicure in their beautiful spa. Our room had both pool and ocean views, very quiet. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. We had dinner in the restaurant one night - it was good but nothing special. Beautiful pool area, which was quiet, no children allowed. Close to the beach (a 3 minute walk) and other restaurants and shops.

The hotel was very nice but the guest rooms were a little dated and are in need of a refresh.

Out third stay here and our first choice of hotel in the area. Great location for a quiet holiday which we want. Staff are friendly and good service. We asked for a specific room location and were given the exact room we requested - thank you. We will definitely return. Beach and three good beach restaurants just a few minutes away. Hotel is very clean and well maintained and with a reasonable range facilities for a smaller hotel. Very good breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We last visited in 2014, at which time we were hugely impressed by every aspect of the stay. Returning after so many years, we were unsure if we would be able to repeat the wonderful experience we had, however everything was perfect and we look forward to returning, hopefully sooner this time!

An excellent location, close to a beautiful beach. The room was very well appointed, comfortable and well serviced. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always pleased to help with requests in the breakfast room. The pool and lounging area was very comfortable and attractive, with plenty of loungers and good service.

bed was very big, staff was amazing. the waitress at the breakfast buffet had so much energy, really made our days start on a cheerful note. very close to the beach and there was a nice cafe/surf shop just next to the hotel

will be nicer if the spa opened till later so people can enjoy it after a day of activities
