hotel was accommodating from the start organsing a pick up from the airport to the hotel. check in was smooth. room was very clean and spacious. bed was good and pillows were fine. throughout the stay, staff were always friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast was a good start to each day. pool and pool area was always clean and a very nice spot to chill for the day or a few hours. pool bar was nice and food was quite tasty there. staff also quite friendly and helpful. didn't eat at the restaurant or have time to go to the spa as was on a wedding trip. beach is 10mins walk from the hotel and is about 2 miles long. golf club 10mins walk in the other direction. nice course also (salgados course). approx 10mins to albufeira old town by taxi. very quiet resort in the evening as it's in its own spot. really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend.

This boutique hotel exceeded expectations. Not the least expensive but fairly priced given the level of attention the front desk, food/drink servers and staff provided. Facility is relatively new but its location was perfect for us. Cheap Uber rides to old town and other parts of the algarve with the beach just around the corner. We were able to disconnect and relax during the day and then pick different areas in the evening. Italian restaurant around the corner was quite good.

Dinner selection ok but predictable.

Never before have I stayed in such a perfect hotel! Amongst the many amazing things were: 1)Attention to detail- they thought of every little thing that a guest might need and absolutely enhanced a first class experience of it! 2) Such friendly staff 3) Some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had 4) They give you beach towels! 5) Wonderful place in every possible way, shape and form, emotionally and physically! My friends and I were so very happy with this hotel- it was a major contributor to our happiness during our stay in the Algarve

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were made to feel so welcome by all of the staff - they all loved our little boy and made an effort to interact with him. The room and bed was a decent size - big enough to comfortably fit our 11 month old in the middle 👶🏻 Great air con ❄️ The shower was great (much better than ours at home!) 🚿 The pool area is nice and relaxed 😌 Theres a good selection of food and drinks on offer by pool 🍹 Great hotel restaurant 🍽️ Nice quiet area, about 15 minute taxi to the old town and the marina, 10 minute walk to the beach 🏖️ Bellavita!! This restaurant is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and is one of the best restaurants we’ve been to! 100% recommend 💯 Generally a nice clean, modern, friendly 🏨

I think the only thing which could’ve been better was the mini fridge. It didn’t cool things very well, but apart from that everything was bang on👌🏼

The hotel was modern, clean & had welcoming pleasant staff. Location was amazing as 10min walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The pool area & outdoor food shack was very good! The staff were attentive & helpful during our stay which made our holiday relaxing & enjoyable. Breakfast had varied options which was very good! The hotel rooms were well equipped and lovely view over the pool!

Everything about our stay was nothing short of amazing! Pre-arrival the staff were extremely accommodating of additional requests I had (including a very generous late checkout) and the shuttle service made it such a smooth journey! Rooms were spectacular, and the luggage store was great for our last day. Wi-Fi was amazing, drinks are divine. We in late April and the pool wasn’t too crowded. Great location for a solo traveler and families. Huge shoutout to Sara in reception and Edna who waited on us a couple evenings when we dined in the restaurant! Everyone we encountered was a delight and I’m already planning my return.

That I had to leave

Firstly the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond for our entire stay . I would like to give a special shout out to the reception staff . whenever we had a query it was dealt with promptly. we travelled with our 3 year old daughter and the location and hotel is definitely adequate for small children . I liked the fact that the hotel felt very boutique like. the restaurant, pool and general amenities etc were pretty quiet which was also great . breakfast had a good varied selection . location is peaceful and just a short walk to restaurants and the beach . we are rebooking for later on in the year for a large group trip as we enjoyed ourselves that much .

Loved the staff - very friendly and helpful, I find staff and their attitude to be the best part of the experience. Location is nice however please note that the place is more suitable for slow vacationing. Breakfast was good and tasty, I would say it would lacked the diversity but everything was fresh and tasty.

Bathroom was not as clean I would like it, however all-around room was clean and they tidy it up every day. Food on the pool leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The room was spacious, being cleaned regularly, the staff were attentive to detail, the pool was beautiful with great service around the pool. The 24/7 gym facilities were very clean and provided a good variety of gym equipment. Great selection of drinks, cocktails were made very well. Food truck during the day was very delicious and good value for money. Good selection of television channels. Great shower pressure with the overhead shower and shower hose. Electronic display for do not disturb and room cleaning was great!

The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The pool is simply awesome - clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. What I loved most about this hotel, however, was the calm and relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a sanctuary, allowing me to unwind and recharge. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 stars and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
