We stayed for a week at NAU Salgados Palm Village. We loved everything about our stay especially the food, activities for the kids, the spacious suite and amazing hospitality. Our kids loved the kids club, particularly Marta was fabulous, she is extremely good with kids, she's an all round entertainer, dancer and performer. We can't wait to come back for another holiday here. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable.

We couldn't find anything wrong with the resort, we loved every aspect of it. Kids club was the best and all the activities are very well planned. Thanks again everyone for giving us a fabulous holiday,

All the meals were exceptional and choice was very good. The room had an amazing view over the golf course. The room was very spacious with an extra large balcony. The pools were very clean and well maintained. The bar service is fast, well stocked and very accommodating.

The check in process was poor. We have stayed before so we knew the process and location well. We were asked to check in online before we arrived, which we did. On arrival we were waited for ten minutes to check in while the three team members behind the reception continued their own communication. We were eventually greeted and asked to pay for our room again, in error because our details had not be read properly. We were not given the meal booking details, event details, towel booking process or an all inclusive wristband. Very poor.

The room was very good and the welcoming gift was nice extra and we felt welcomed. Car parking under the building was super good and worked well. Some things during meal times were very thoughtful, like ice and sliced lemons and it was also very good that you could pour your own water from restaurants to take out to pool area.

The worst thing was plastic cups in the restaurant in every meal. We were really surpriced about this and it took almost a week to get used to it. Also red and white wines were not drinkable. Housekeeping was too late for us, they came 3pm to clean up.

Extremely comfortable and spacious suite with the best balcony we’ve ever had. Many pools to choose from with different depths. It was never too crowded. We liked the booking system for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It meant none of the restaurants were too busy. The food in our opinion was great and we liked the additional snack times too. Entertainment in evening was great. Shuttle train to beach an excellent addition.

I felt Kids Club could have done a bit more but I appreciate we were a little out of season. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel but for the short time we stayed, this didn’t bother us.

The hotel is situated at few minutes by car from Albufeira and beaches. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need for a family stay for a couple of days. The meals were just great, well beyond expectations (considering also the time of the year). In terms of entertainment, this was reduced, but understandable, as the touristic seasons was over. All in all, a good and relaxing experience.

The color of the tiles in the bathroom was too somber. And the pressure of the shower was not strong, so you had to wait 1-2 minutes to have a hot shower.

Rooms are very big, restaurants are always open, several pools to enjoy, kids activities are fun, nice place to relax and worry about absolutely nothing, great place for family with kids, very safe and organized.

Beds were too soft and noisy, the bathroom shower lacks lighting, it is so dark one of my kids was afraid of being there by themselves. Restaurants are great, but lack some variety, specially for afternoon/night snacks, there could be a lot more fruits on every meal other than breakfast.

Good variety of buffet. No fancy foods but everything you would expect for a 4 star hotel. Spacious suite rooms that could easily fit a family of 4.

While going to the beach by train is a nice experience , the walk involved from drop-off location to the beach is quite long if you have young children. We did it once and after that we travelled to the beach by car and parked way closer to it. Kids entertainment in the evening runs quite late. We have stayed in other hotels with this sort of entertainment that had better hours for kids that go to bed early/

Clean, modern, nice layout, picturesque. Multiple Pools. Staff all welcoming. Great hotel shuttle to local beach. Reasonable distance to local towns via Uber/Bolt - cheap to reach.

Food was mediocre and lukewarm, however this wasn’t too problematic as we only stayed for 4 nights.

Good choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner. View from room was good. Room size was great. Lots of sun loungers by the pool. Good choice of drinks and lots of snacks to choose from. Frequent shuttle to beach and back throughout the day.

One air conditioning unit broke and wasn't fixed. Housekeeping was not good, needed to call reception a few times to change towels and replenish soap. One time the room was left with dirty footprints from cleaners.

Great and modern facilities, plenty of pools around, very pleasant surroundings. Effective staff. Parking is great and there is a charger for EVs for free. The beach is a 15min walk away.

Staff were effective but always looked grumpy. Even though it’s all inclusive (and not a cheap one), they cut down the costs on stuff like fruit (canned peach and pineapple?!). If don’t have kids, avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s very noisy in the common areas (pools, restaurants).
