Great location, right on the river front. Our room had a river view which was lovely, especially the view of the bridge lit up at night. Warm welcome from helpful receptionist. Good sized, very clean and neat, room. Comfortable double bed, which is so much nicer than two singles shoved together. We slept well. Really nice to have small outside balcony space, and air con inside. Excellent WiFi. We were lucky to find parking just outside, but I imagine this would be difficult in the summer.  Good selection at breakfast, however, mainly pre-packaged food, no eggs or cooked food; the machine coffee was OK.

We had a small fridge which didn't work very well, but a kettle in the room would have been nice. 

The hotel was renovated very nicely. The outlook from breakfast room is excellent.

I could not get into hotel and find anybody at the reception, even on phone. I booked and reguested for parking slot. The answer was that the hotel has its own parking slots, but at the end it was said that city center is free for parking so that I should find a parking slot. But this is not always so easy. It is a general problem of Portugeese hotels - they did not distingueshed between hotel and city parking. Even if city is free for parking it is usually occupied and to find a FREE slot for pakring is difficult.

The hotel is very nice and extremely clean. Loved the location, and the people working there. Isabel and Luis were amazing, eager to help and accommodate my requests. Breakfast was good too. Loved the fact that when I got to my room I had two bottles of water and cookies/crackers as a welcome gift. Very nice touch.

I just didn't care for the coffee at breakfast time.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms get quite warm due to the location of the town but there is a well working A/C in the rooms. Breakfast in the uppermost story with a nice terrace overlooking the town and river. Parking in front of the hotel was difficult in the afternoon (only two parking spots for the hotel that are also used by non-hotel guests) but very easy in the evening! Additionally, there are a lot of free parking spaces around town.

Breakfast was overall ok but consisted of mostly pastries, cookies and sweet stuff. Small selection of healthy options.

The hotel is in the heart of Alcaser do Sal, I don't think you can get any more central. The staff is amazingly helpful, the rooms cozy and nice. The breakfast is a feast, both for your palate and your eyes because you can see the whole panorama of the Sado River and the city from top floor restaurant. A rare place to find and stay!

The rooms might be bigger but then again its the city that you visit, not the hotel :D

The Hotel entrance is in a little narrow street. Parking was available on the street outside of the hotel and we had no issues finding somewhere to park. Check in went smoothly and the lady doing this bet over backwards to ensure we were welcomed and knew about the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the room small but more than adequate.

Breakfast was perfect the size of the room ok bathroom very good, with a large shower and enough soap for 2 people it was not hard to find a free parking place for the car the position of the hotel is very central very kind personnel

only very minor modifications, e.g., some sign on the road to indicate the position of the hotel (both the GPS did its job correctly) would be appreciated, but this is not so important.

The hotel staff was very nice and flexible. We booked two rooms late in the evening without knowing that the check-in closed at 23:30. The hotel staff called us to check when we would arrive, and she waited an extra 30min for us to arrive. The rooms are clean, and one of the rooms had a beautiful view to the river.

breakfast was very good, great views from top floor helpful staff on arrival - v prompt and good storage area for our bikes clean room, AC worked well, elevator worked well

beds could be slightly bigger 2 x single bed room but two adults staying. room a little small -

The location was excellent with a view over the river, the continental style breakfast was adequate but could have been elevated maybe by offering scrambled/boiled eggs etc

The weather but that's out of your control!!!
