The hotel has an excellent location walking to the center, comfortable bed, ample space in the room and bathroom, wonderful free parking, fantastic breakfast for two included in the price of the room and a cozy, but stylish bar. The most outstanding feature was the customer service. All the 6 front desk attendants were excellent as suggesting restaurants or interesting things to visit in town. Also, great problem solving for two issues (1/ the cleaning crew had taken away a half-finished special bottle of Shampagne thinking we were not going to drink it anymore; after I expressed my disappointment with the front desk, they sent us another bottle free of charge and made us feel wonderful again; 2/ we forgot our electrical adapters in the room and the staff retrieved them and we were able to pick them up a few days later). The food during breakfast and later afternoon was fantastic. I have rarely seen such selection during the breakfast buffet. Kudos to the chef! The staff was delightful in accommodating every one of our requests. Much appreciated our stay and we already recommended it to several friends and colleagues within out professional and personal networks. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful lobby and bar, rooms are spacious, updated and the bed was large comfortable. Free Wifi was very fast and the hotel staff was very kind.. There is a restaurant in the hotel which looked beautiful, though I did not try it for dinner. They offer a free breakfast there in the morning and it has a ton of options for everyone.

Hotel is on a side street on the outskirts of the city center and there’s not much excitement there, but it is a short 10 minute drive away from everything. The bathroom was nice but the shower was dirty with someone else’s hair and black mold when we arrived. It also needs functionality improvements. There is only one little piece of glass for a shower door so water gets everywhere on the floor.

Our room opened onto the street which was perfect. The sun shone in and there were light breezes with the balcony door ajar. We needed a place to relax and sleep and this was perfect. There was also a chicken rotisserie shop across from the hotel which we visited a few times. It was great being so handy to our room. The beds were very comfortable and it was a bonus to have a bathtub with the shower! We also liked how close it was to walk to the water and to also catch the ferry to the beach one day of our stay. The restaurants we visited along the harbour also had delicious food.

Nothing comes to mind. It was a great stay.

Breakfast was great, lots to choose from and everything looked really fresh. Location was a bit further way from the water than I thought but it was made up by being next to the market. I recommend all the food specially the Amsterdam chips 👍 And of course the alcoholic drinks in particular a beer called (coruja)😉

Well if I was going to pick something it would be driving into the underground parking. You need to be a confident driver to get down there 😳

The hotel is very clean with very helpfull, professional and friendly staff. The decoration of the common spaces is very pleasing and gives the hotel a very posh look and feel. The matreces are very comfortable and the pilows are plentifull and allow you to find a comfortble solution regarless of your preferences. The bathroom was modern, clean and practical. This is certainly the best property I stayed in Setúbal. I will (if available) stay here again. Recommended.

Although the breakfast was good, I feel it could have been better. We've had better experiences in the past in similarly priced hotels. Nothing negative to be sigled out, but both my wife and I came away with the same impression. Do not missunderstand me; all was clean, table settings were great, access to bufet was easy and not cramped, but something (still cannot put a finger on it) was amiss. This will not prevent me from staying there again.

Good location, but would still need a vehicle to reach the bars and restaurant area by the port. Helpful staff, Spacious room, Free basement parking. Tea and good chocolates are provided.

The vehicle ramp down to the under ground car park has two opposing 90 degrees bends. Going down is not bad but coming up the ramp it is very difficult to judge the wall opposite. Several people seems to have scratched their cars doing that awkward manoeuvre including myself. If the hotel fixed a mirror on the wall it would help the drivers negotiate the awkward turns. Also, it is not possible to press the buzzer on the entrance to the car park without getting out of the car. The shower screen did not have a bottom seal. As you take the shower you cannot stop the water seeping out of the bath on to the floor. The bathroom floor became too wet. Milk is not provided in the room for the tea and coffee.

Room was very specious, very nicely renovated with a stunning roof top terrace surrounding the room. Very modern and very nice style. Spacious bath room with a great shower. Continental breakfast with sufficient options and varieties of food. Unexpectedly delicious dinner in the restaurant - great to have a la carte menu instead of a crowded buffet. Really excellent cook and super tasty food. We tried several different options from the menu - all very well prepared and tasty.

Staff during breakfast and dinner seems to have several trainees (apart from a few experienced colleagues who are doing a great service). Would be great if the younger trainees undergo a little more training to develop more attention to details regarding service / hospitality. Always having candles on the table and a little dimmed light conditions during dinner would be the cherry on the cake during evening times. Apart from these 2 small constructive feedback items, the hotel is absolutely recommendable and the stay was very good.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained in general. The room was better this time, compared to our previous stay, but they do not seem to prioritize longer stays over 1 night stays, there is no planning going on in this area, as we got a rather small room for our week there, while our friends staying just 1 night got a bigger room with a spacious bathroom. The location is fantastic, close to a great local market opening in the mornings, with plenty of fresh local fruit to enjoy during the day. We will surely come back here next year.

The coffee at breakfast was INSTANT! We were shocked to discover this and for the first few days we had coffee outside the premises, after finishing the breakfast. Later on we saw a Portuguese guest receiving a regular coffee, prepared by the staff somewhere outside the restaurant, probably in the kitchen, so we asked and received a normal coffee at breakfast, but in order not to bother the staff too much, we would still have a second coffee somewhere else. This was a real discomfort and a waste of time. The parking is one of the the worst I have ever seen, we chose to park in the nearby streets every evening.

Ambiance of hotel. Worthy of its 4 star rating.. Very clean, stylish and functional. Breakfast display very well presented and good quality food.

Hotel is set high in the area and its location is not good for exploring restaurants etc. Coffee bars within 5 minutes walk. The port area ( where we needed to be) was at the very bottom of the district and car parking is difficult, so it's a long 15 minutes walk back up to the hotel . But Uber taxis are very cheap in the day.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I arrived the day after my birthday and was treated to some chocolates in my room and we had a welcome drink in the bar. The hotel was immaculate and obviously fairly new.

The location was in a less touristy area of town but was still quite easily walkable to the centre. It was good to have hotel parking but the entrance to the underground space was a bit tricky to manoeuvre and there was available street parking close by. I was surprised to be offered tea but not coffee in our room. Aside from this I had no complaints.
