Seriously, top service! The staff is friendly , helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We requested breakfast in the room, at arrival we could pick out from a menu what we would like to have the following morning, at 08:00am and seriously, exactly at 08:00 am we heard a knock on the door with exactly the things we requested! I mentioned my partner likes to eat from unused cutlery and they went and bought it for us specifically! I wanted fresh cheese but not goat cheese and they delivered that as well! I felt like a princess honestly. Everything we wanted or needed was taken care of without question. It took no longer than 5 minutes from the moment we arrived, to our room which was, very clean and spacious enough. Had a desk, clean bathroom, all we needed. I haven’t had such an amazing experience even in the best and expensive hotels or resorts. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Aljezur, close to all facilities, across the street is a pharmacy, honestly just amazing! 10/10 ⭐️

We were walking the Ruta Vicentina and this was a perfect place to stay. A lovely welcoming lady in reception and a nice room with a balcony. The pool was great after a days walking. Also a shout out for the breakfast staff who were efficient and courteous.

Nothing, apart from someone in an adjacent room setting their alarm for very early in the morning and then having it on snooze every 10 minutes for about an hour thereafter……not much anyone can do about that!

Positioned perfectly between the old and new parts of town. Easy walk to both. Parking places at front of the hotel. Limited but also basement garage parking. Staff are friendly and obliging. Rooms are fairly basic but are clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be arranged at a time to suit. Rooms have a small balcony. Pool area is a plus when weather is hot.

There's little to dislike and would be picky to point out anything. Prices are good value in low season but can't speak for high season as have always stayed early or late in the year.

An oasis in an area where there are very few hotels. Don't expect luxury but this hotel always meets all our needs. Value is excellent and includes breakfast. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Parking out front (limited) or underground parking garage. There is a Pool area although we have never used it.

Not a lot to dislike, it is what it is and not designed for spending unlimited time at the hotel. It fills up early in high season so booking early is advisable.

very kind staff. breakfast also excellent. the will provide you with scrambled eggs, yoghurt with muesli, croissant, pain aux chocolate, bread, fruit and of course coffee.

although we took the advice from some other comments to take a room which was not on the street side, we could easily hear the neighbors in the other room talking. so, it's fair to say that the rooms are not well isolated. maybe some soft materials on ground, ceiling and walls will help.

We like this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. The beds are comfortable. Great towels in the bathroom. This time when we booked the owner recognized our names, and had told her staff to give us a room we liked in the past. Just mentioning this to indicate how guests are treated very well here. The room rate in February was great. Breakfast was very good, and, again, staff were friendly and efficient.

This hotel is on a very good location in Aljezur downtown. The rooms are extremely well maintained. Staffs were extremely friendly. Highly recommended !!

The wifi was not working. I would recommend guests to come with their own data in their mobile. But the hotel staffs did inform that they are working on fixing the wifi issue. It's seems me to like some wiring issue (technical problem).

smelled like tobacco in the entrance; there was a private event in the swimming pool area so was a bit uncomfortable to be with bathing suits while people were all dressed up looking at you; breakfast was served at the table (nice offering with eggs, fruit salad, bread croissant coffee) but we would also want to have a self service area so we can take what we wanted (eg cereals, more bread than croissant).

A very clean hotel with comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Pool was clean but too cold to use and a bit noisy being beside a grocery store garage. Overall it was a good stay and easily accessible from roadway.

Wonderful helpful staff! The room was clean, large, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. They serve breakfast a la carte but you could ask for everything or more of one thing. Scrambled eggs, fresh (warm) bread, croissants, chocolate croissants, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit and any type of coffee. Our stay was a joy!
