The location to the race track was great for us - why we booked. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and well equipped and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel restaurant food was excellent quality and very good value and the staff brilliant.

The menu at the restaurant was a little limited. A vehicle to take you to the racetrack should be available, as their is no easy access to a taxi or bus, and despite the helpful poolside small shop, there was no other food shops nearby and should be mentioned in the advert as these are self catering apartments. A welcome parcel (even at an extra cost, would have been helpful - say some milk, coffee, orange juice and maybe cereal/ rice meals) just to tide you over until you got supplies.

Well furnished apartments, with everything needed for the most basic living. We even got detergent for the washing machine for free from the reception, so we could wash our clothes. The apartments were generally very nice, and plenty of space.

The restaurant at the hotel wasn't quite what we expected. The menu was the same for lunch and dinner, and the waiting time for dinner was quite long. The menu was decent as a lunch menu, but we expected something else than salads, sandwiches or pizza for dinner. Didn't try the evening buffet, since it looked way overpriced compared to what we could get there. A couple of nights, there were no "main courses" left to get, and only the selection of simple veggies and fruits were left. For 20+ EUR per person, that's not really worth it.

Facilities including pools and spa, serene and peaceful environment. Spacious apartment with large balcony. Responsive staff, cleaned and replenished bathroom stuff every other day. Ensuite room.

Double bed. Small tv for the size of the living room. Pods for dishwasher and washing machine not included.

Myself and my son came over for World Superbikes. Lovely big, clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Fully kitted out with oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery. Had a washing machine & dishwasher. Excellent location for the circuit. I don't drive so we walked it. Took about 30 mins to the main paddock entrance. Fantastic staff all very friendly and helpful. There is a little mini market down near the pool at the apartments so we went and got a few bits from there to have for breakfast as my son is a fussy eater so wasn't keen on the hotel breakfast.

We liked the location, especially if like us you are off roading and exploring the small towns and villages in the hills. The apartment was a nice size, comfortable and very well equipped. It was also very clean. There is ample underground and outside parking. Nice sized balcony.

The housekeeping kept turning up late afternoon around 1600-1700 when we’d been out since the early morning. The bathroom could benefit from a hanger or some hooks to hang up clothing whilst taking a shower.

Big and confortable appartments. The pool areas, spa and gym are very good and well maintained and clean. Enough parking places (garage and outside) for the different type of vehicles.

The appartments are not cleaned every day, which is fine, but it was expected to be properly taken care once housekeeping was present, instead only changed the garbage bags and replace some towels. Bar and mini-market prices are really high, clearly taking advantage of being far from other external facilities. Mini market staff not really friendly or helpfull.

Loved the modern apartment, with all necessities! The staff were also great and attentive to all concerns and responsive! The swimming pools were awesome! We will definitely stay there again!

The pillows were terrible,not even my kids could sleep on them! Lack of cleaniness, no dishsoap or sponge at least, also no tea or coffee sachets to at least buy at hotel as hotel is far out to get to supermarket. Didn't realize apartment is far out from beaches,restaurants & supermarket, but if you have a car its about 15-20min drive!

Fantastic location for the race track. Lovely sized apartment with great bar and wonderful breakfast available.

Sofa which doubled up as sofa bed was very worn and covered up with sheets to look better but really needs replacing.

Staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant are good value and provide great food and drinks. Good gluten free options for breakfast and meals.

As the race apartments are self catering, a few more kitchen items would be helpful such as a bottle opener/corkscrew, tin/can opener, colander and chopping board would have been helpful.

The staff went the extra mile. We arrived at the resort at 0130 hrs , after a 12 hour day travelling & we were met by a welcoming staff member. He checked us in & noticed that it was my partners birthday & said ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. it made us both smile due to the fact that because we had a long day travelling , we had actually forgot it was after midnight, therefore his birthday! That morning after only a few hours sleep, we dragged ourselves out of bed to go & make the most of Portugal & the fantastic weather. We returned back to our accommodation around 1430 hrs , only to be welcomed in the room by a birthday card & little birthday cake , complete with candle for my partner ! We’ve been to accommodation before on birthdays & no one has ever done anything like that before.
