The hotel is amazing, the territory is wonderful, beautiful landscape, graveyard and flowers. Rooms are clean, well decorated. Spa service is amazing.

we would like to make several remarks for stuff 1. would be nice to ask guests how many blankets they need 2. caps in the swimming pool 3 euros. would be nice to include it in price 3. there is no any information regarding working time of the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and regarding spa working hours. would be nice to put this info in the room 4. spa 45 min per person is very very uncomfortable, good that it was not a lot of people and we could stay more.

Great location in the middle of the vinneyard. The reception welcomes with a glass of local sparkling wine. Good service and excellent breakfast. Restaurant has very delicious food. Wine tasting was good as well. There's SPA, which is not huge but enough to chill in the sauna and heated pool.

Was a bit disappointed when after dinner in the restaurant olive oil, butter and bread which was brought in the beginning as an appetizer (and wasn't ordered by us) was included in the bill. The staff needs at least to ask guests if they want this at extra charge as normally such appetizers come as a complement. After several minutes of conversation it was removed from the bill but emotions were negative (it was not about money as 14.5 EUR won't make a big difference but rather about the approach), and the next day we chose not to have dinner at the property. Though the quality of food and service in the restaurant were very good.

breakfast was delicious! Also, the room was beautiful and had an amazing view. We had dinner at the restaurant and the snack bar and it was perfect. The staff was so great and made us feel really great and we felt that they took care of us.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that we had to wear a swimming cap for the pool. We did a lot of spa around the world and i design spa as an architecte in my country, and never we had to wear a swimming cap or had to buy one to be able to go in a hotel pool.

Great value for money, room and all facilities were very comfortable, customer service was excellent, dinner was on the expensive side but well worth it. Lots of people drive in for dinner since it's not far from Porto so be sure to book early. We didn't book any of the activities on site but you are free to wonder around the whole complex and check out all the grapes.

Minor miscommunication- you are required to wear a swimming cap in the pool so we got one from the spa staff and thought it was free of charge (they provided flip flops, towels etc. for free so we assumed it was the same for the caps).

Overall, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Room: chic vibes, very spacious, with comfortable bed and a little outside patio. Everything was really clean. Tub: Good for relaxing in the evening. Amenities: outside pool, inside heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath and massage rooms. Massage: we chose a wine massage, very relaxing, could almost fall asleep. Breakfast: Great selection of food. Parking: free parking on site.

Need to wear a cap to use the inside pool. Need a reservation for the restaurant, quite expensive. Some staff not too fluent in English. Some power interruptions during a storm. Facilities are a 5 minutes walk away from each other, depending on your room.

stylish, new, clean

i didn‘t like at all that we as clients of a hotel had to buy caps for the spa for 3 euros. for me it‘s not about money, but I think it‘s such a „cheesy“ gesture. if you want to make on cap (that cost 15 cents) 3 eur, fine, just include it in my room price. thanks!

we loved the enormous, tastefully furnished room, with a fantastic view over the vineyard and distant hills. The restaurant was architecturally very interesting and served tasty food. Very high service level. The hotel consists of several buildings spread over the vineyard at a quite large walking distance from the main building but this was nit a problem at all; the staff would drive you in an electric car there an back, you only needed to call.

There is nothing we didn’t like

The entire place exceeded our expectations: well-design property, very well-kept, clean and friendly. Far exceeed our expections, becaue the pictures do not really show how large the property is and the common areas (restaurant, reading/living rooms). Friendly and customer-oriented staff. Overall, an excellent stay.

Illumination inside the room and in the pool (can be improved). We realize that's to create a romantic and calm environment but often guests want to see where to swim. Finally, the property is not recommended to people with mobility difficulties because rooms are far from the main building, which has several stairs. The staff is very helpful, so congratulations for such a well-kept property.

We loved the large, quiet, private rooms, all with a view. We looked out to a vineyard. The design of the hotel is very well done and in keeping with the environment. We also enjoyed the central bar and restaurant area a 5 minute walk from the rooms. And we especially enjoyed the wine tasting with Renata.

We felt the dinner restaurant menu could be updated and include more fresh seasonal local products.

The vineyard is beautiful with great views and sunsets. The hotel is well thought out as there are different living areas across the vineyard so it feels very private and quiet. There was a good choice at breakfast although no 'eggman'.

Some parts of the hotel could do with a little bit of attention. The decking around the pool had come loose and there were some nails sticking out that could have been dangerous.
