The view was amazing, the pools were open 24 hours so we could go for an early swim or a late night swim. Which is amazing in this heat. The good was amazing, the breakfast as well, it had everything needed. The hotel rooms were big and spacious qnd had everything we needed. There were plenty of sun chairs so we never had to be quick for a chair next to the swimming pool. We fell in love with the pools.

The staff at the Spa were amazing, but the staff at the bar next to the pools were very very slow. We sat for more then an hour before getting attended. He asked for forgiveness for the delay. It was fine with us since we have time. after another half hour, another barman came up to us asking to re-order, because the other waiter was gone and didn’t note our order. We weren’t satisfied with this behavior. But the other staff at the reception and the spa were phenomenal. Especially the lady at the spa with brown hair needs a raise. very very friendly, we loved her!

Beautiful property and wish it has been warmer so we could have appreciated it. The location was great for exploring the region. Very good breakfast.

We had to take two elevators to get to/from our room every time, which was annoying (Down two floors from reception, then walk down a hallway to the other elevator to take it another floor down to get to it).

A random selection rom "Booking.com" and so pleased we did. Marvellous location perched way up in the hills with stunning views. Although we didn't make use of the spar/swimming facilities (infinity pool) all looked really great, Just nice to relax and unwind. Highly recommended.

we were on a motorcycling touring holiday so covering around 200 miles a day. we booked this hotel for 4 days as it was a spa hotel so a sauna, steam room & pool were going to be very welcome at the end of every day. sadly however when we got there we were told the sauna & steam room were not open & you had to book a time slot for the pool, very disappointing!

The apartment we stayed at (called "Espigueiro") had lots of space for us. The pool area had two swimming pools from where you could look at the beautiful river valley. The restaurant and breakfast were really tasty, and we also ate looking at the landscape.

Amazing Staff, super friendly. Excellent facilities,clean and very well looked after. Perfect place for relaxing peace and quiet !

It was a beautiful place, I really enjoyed doing the spa. The food was great. Very friendly staff.

I think for a Hotel Spa they could improve put some slippers and a nice soap in the rooms, also a robe it will be perfect.

Great service! We were traveling with a one-year-old and were already taken good care of, re. in the bar and restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Maybe because it was the winter season or/and our suite is located on the ground floor, the room smelled a bit musty.

Add some plants and paintings to the dining and breakfast rooms to make it cosy and trendy.

Really well situated and peaceful. Plenty of hikes to do around. Reception team is very welcoming and helpful. The jacuzzi suite was above our expectations, really nice stay.

Pool and Spa team are awfully rude, ruined the experience. I don't recommend taking any massage, got body pain for days due to a too rough massage. Avoid the restaurant, but it wasn't a surprise, we knew before going.
