The room with the ocean view was great. I would recommend paying the extra price for ocean view rooms. The cheap rooms have a balcony to a busy road. For the off-season the price was fairly high (945€ for 7 days) We checked the high season prices (1600€ for 7 days). That would be definitely too expensive. Breakfast selection was good, but we have had better breakfasts.

Sauna was turned off at 7 pm (even though the sign said 8 or 9 pm?)

1-Breakfast is very limited they have no variety in the choices and every day they make same dishes 2- there is no enough lightning out side , we cannot enjoy the ocean view at night like in other resorts 3- Room service is very expensive

If you are looking for a less crowded place, and the most pleasant sound for you is the sound of the ocean, this is a great place. The hotel is not bad, the breakfast is satisfactory. Due to the lack of decent restaurants nearby, we had to eat exclusively at the hotel, so the menu seemed somewhat monotonous. But the fish was always excellent - fresh and well cooked. Service in the restaurant is very leisurely, but this, apparently, is the specific behavior of local residents - they do nothing quickly. There is a supermarket across the road, so you can diversify the selection of wines from the restaurant's wine list.

clean and a nice lounge at night. buffet breakfast was good. loved the cats that came into the hotel. pool was very nice.

steam room did not open on time. there was a horse tied up outside the hotel that had no water.

The location was stunning with beautiful views of the Atlantic, my room had a stunning view & balcony, staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast had lots of options but I was only there two days this would have been bland for more than that time.

I wasn't pleased with the meal at the restaurant, I was a solo traveler and felt very ignored. Saying this is it not a place for a solo traveler, more for couples and/or families. I tried to use the Turkish spa and everytime there was a couple in there, would be better to able to book that service, It was disappointing not to get to use it.

Spacious room for a family and everything felt very fresh. Spa and pool facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did have 2 cockroaches come into our room over the 2 nights we stayed, but they seemed to be everywhere in the town. Breakfast was underwhelming and could have been organized a lot better, lack of cups, milk, cutlery at points. Staff seemed to continuously replenish things but they only had small amounts of each item, so very soon, they would be out of the thing. It meant there were so many people in a small space as people were waiting for one thing or another.

We loved every minute of hotel Verde Mar. Spatious parking, very clean hotel, spatious room with a lot of closet space, bath and shower. We absolutely enjoyed the lush spa located in the hotel. The swimming pool (6x20m) has a turbine, waterfall and jets. Good breakfast with high quality fruits, nuts, buns, pastry, charcuterie. Good quality restaurant. Large supermarket just across the street. Good alternative restaurant options in Tuka Tula beach restaurant and a local food market.

A towel heater in the bathroom would have been handy.

- The room was too warm and this impacted our sleep quality - Room temperature cannot be controlled by the guests.....makes no sense - Only one chair available inside...should be two chairs for a double room - There were no towels in the gym and had to ask the staff 3 times for one

Location is convenient to exploring the island, nice very modern building, rooms comfortable and well designed. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Front desk hands out a list of recommendations of things to do and where to eat, it was very detailed and helpful. Great that they have both shampoo/shower gel and conditioner and also body lotion dispensers in the bathrooms.

Had a meal at the bar on day of arrival, very poor quality food, not fresh and overpriced. We have not returned to the hotel to eat again during out stay and found restaurants elsewhere. Beach in front of the hotel is not very clean, but not much the hotel can do about it, except maybe to send members of the staff to pick up plastic littering the beach.

Breakfast was okay, not the best we have had. There was a good range of food. The Spa facilities were superb. They were open from 6:30am - 10pm so we used them a lot. The steam room and sauna were a good size, clean and great to use. The outdoor pool was quite cool as it was February but the views were amazing.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels we’ve been to. There was no facility to dry swimming costumes which would have been really helpful.
