The kids (3 and 6 years old) were so, but so, HAPPY! They loved the pools (all 3), the Kids Club (NEP), feeding the animals, the food…they cried so much when we had to leave… As for us, the parents, we were able to rest…which is exactly what we were looking for!

The kids loved the food (the hotel has plenty of kid friendly options, from burgers to bolonhesa, excellent bacalhau à Brás), but I would improve the lunch options for the adults. At lunch time, we only had two options: the restaurant (which only had main dishes, more on the heavier side) and the bar food (which only had sandwiches, burgers etc). I guess I would add a couple of salads to the menu… The breakfast was good, but I would add a couple of alternatives such as granola.

It's a great place to go with children, there was time for everything, landscape is beautiful, facilities are absolutely great and staff very friendly and helpful. I truly have a nice time with my son and managed to also relax.

Overall great experience and really nothing to point out but to even make the experience nicer, would definitely be nice to have a kettle in the room for some tea and coffee and an anti slip in the bathtub

Top 3: Staff, Place, food. Staff very friendly and helpful, a place to be with family - specially if you have kids, be aware that could be crowded with families with kids :). Good and varied food, good wine from Santa Vitória (a big range with quality wines). Beautiful and quite surroundings, for walk, worse ride, bike riding, etc.

Sometimes big crowds at the Restaurant and frankly when the hotel is full or almost full the bar space is very small for that amount of people (specially at winter time when you cannot stay outdoor).

The pool is amazing for the kids and adults. We enjoyed every bit. There is activities during the day for the kids and also at night suring the weekends. It was a great experience.

The only issue was that the pools couls be more clean..specially from one day to the other we wouls expect to see a cleaner pool.

very clean, friendly and professional staff particularly at the restaurant (they were great,) lovely restaurant and food was amazing, beautiful views and fauna which enriched the surroundings, quiet and peaceful, pools temperatures was perfect.

a few little things : not a criticism but a note that the hotel was very quiet because it was Sun/ Mon/Tue but we left with the impression that it might get very noisy at the weekends. excellent if you are going with kids though as plenty of activities for them jacuzzi water was very cold horseback riding walks not available on Monday and Tuesday and I couldn’t find any information about it rooms a bit far away from reception and there isn’t a dedicated person to take the luggage so we had to carry it ourselves

This is a great place for families. There's animals, pools, grass areas, tennis court, an inflatable bounce house, trampoline, and more. The grounds were beautiful and there was a lot to keep us busy. The rooms we fine, nothing special but very acceptable.

The food wasn't very good. The outdoor pools were really cold but it was unavoidable because they don't use heaters. Some staff were very helpful but a couple didn't want to be bothered. Overall everything was fine.

Staff is very nice and polite, they are always available to help or address any request. Hotel has great views, specially during sunset. Rooms have a good size and are clean.

It is a great place for short stays as it has a few activities to do (including in the hotel cost), you can do extra activities but is paid apart. Also the dinner and breakfast are OK, it is not bad but almost the same options every day, if you want to eat out you will need to drive around 30 minutes.

Very nice place, calm and quiet. Excellent for kids, with a little animal farm for them to feed and play. Very nice staff, and a pleasant stay overall.

Nothing wrong in particular, but just expect to be surrounded by a lot of houseflies, due to the property having lots of animals, like horses, goats os sheep. But nothing major, it's just part of being in a farm.

The landscape around is beautiful. the breakfast was good, the views are amazing.

The hotel has a lot of activities for children and basically everything is adapted for couples with children. If you do not have kids and are looking for a quite holiday, this is not the place to go!!

We were there during the summer and watched a beautiful sunset while having dinner at the porch of the restaurant. Good food, nice staff, many options on what to do, including pedal kart and a visit to the winery.

The wine itself was disappointing.
