The staff really made this place shine. Super friendly welcome during which we had a welcome drink and learned a bit about the property and how it had been in the family for generations. We continued to be greeted warmly every time we came back. The property is full of charm and the breakfast was exceptional. We didn't get to use the pool because of the weather, but it sure looked inviting! The location is outstanding as well. Right in middle of town so you can walk to both ends out the front door, and it's just about a block from a great view of the ocean.

We loved the location, property very well maintained. The staff (especially Catarina) was super friendly and helpful with dinner reservations and other questions we had. The breakfast was delicious with several options. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was small but comfortable. There are nice common areas to use. We would stay there again!

Nothing! It's really not a dislike it's more a FYI. There are plenty of free street parking nearby, but depending on time of week and day you might have to circle around a few times on the one ways and narrow streets.

The property was lovely in all its details, from the reception area where a bountiful and very delicious breakfast was served to the pool and deck to our very comfortable room and spacious, modern bathroom. But best of all was Catarina, the extraordinary receptionist who offered us a glass of wine on arrival, suggested remarkable places to dine and did the breakfast in the morning. Have encountered very few like her in our many years of travel. Can’t recommend this too highly!

All staffs that we met are super friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave us many good tips on restaurants and cafe near by. The location is perfect, right at the center where there are many shops, cafe, and restaurants, and next to the sea. Our room is clean and has a large comfy bed. Great breakfast with many options, fresh fruits, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The bathroom exhaust fan was too noisy, and unfortunately it is controlled by the same switch as the bathroom light, so we cannot turn it off while we need the light.

The feel of the place, you were a Guest not just another number passing through. There was interaction with Staff., there was time for everyone, load of smiles, time to talk, all really good stuff. It's not five star, but it has character, it's homely. It's not a huge guesthouse but it has everything you need. The location is perfect, three minutes from the centre and three minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great but maybe add some hot food options.

This guest house was conveniently located very close to the sea,surfing spots.We enjoyed surfing 3 days. We stayed here for 5 nights, each morning we had a wonderful breakfast. The staff squeezed Orange juice right in front of us.I love tea,and they provided plenty of hot water, l enjoyed the tea time on the beach and in the room. The atmosphere of the room was very clean and cute.

No shampoo !!!

Staff and accommodations were superb. The location is ideal. Breakfast was nice and they have refreshments like coffee and beer available for reasonable price. The beach overlook is right outside their door, and access to the beach and the main square is a short walk.

Be sure to read their directions when you get them from the staff. We followed the google and apple maps directions were confusing.

Staff were lovely, and it's a cute property that is centrally located. Plus there is small pool which is a bonus. Ericeira is gorgeous 😍

It's expensive for what you get, and the photos are slightly deceptive. It needs a revamp as it's looking a little tired and lacks some soul (ironic considering the name). The rooms are basic (but clean). The bar is closed when the staff leave at 6pm. Don't get me wrong, I liked my stay but didn't think it was value for money.

Really lovely hosts, wonderful old but newly refurbished house with nice, bright and spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast was great too. The atmosphere in the house was cosy and private and so relaxing! Right in the center of old town Ericeira with beaches, bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. We absolutely loved everything and can’t wait to come back! Obrigada!

This is a perfect vacation spot. When we arrived hungry the owner made us lunch reservations by going to the restaurant when they didn’t answer their phone. The lunch was the start of a wonderful vacation at a warm inviting guest house and the perfect seaside fishing village. The staff is really sweet and they give the best advice. it was so awesome I almost didn’t want to leave a review. We will be back.
