Fabulous location. Extremely stylish and spacious apartment with excellent air con. The reception staff were really helpful and we loved the breakfast delivered every morning. We stayed in a Deluxe two bed apartment and it was perfect for our family (two adults and two children age 8 and 10). We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We genuinely loved everything, but if I was being really picky, the shower water pressure could have been better (there was also a knack to getting the right temperature!) and there was no door to the en-suite bathroom. But it didn't impact on our stay at all. I've just mentioned it in case it matters to others.

Our apartment exceeded our expectations - spacious, roomy, clean and we lucked out with an amazing balcony view. The location is exceptional and made our stay in Lisbon very easy and accessible to Rossio Square, Hard Rock Cafe (where most of the tours leave from), Time Out Market, Praca do Comercio, and everything else you'd want to see! We were amazed at the prepared breakfast items already in the fridge, the items could be replenished daily at our request, and the daily bread delivery at the door was a nice surprise as well. We even got complimentary bottles of wine! Staff is exceptional and shout-out to Joanna who was super helpful on arrival and recommended a couple of nice places for lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend!

A bit strange that the bathroom for one of the bedrooms didn't have a door, so made morning routines a bit awkward.

The hosts upon check in were so helpful with making us feel welcome and showing us around the room. She even made a dinner recommendation and called to reserve it for us! Overall, my friends and I LOVED getting to stay there, especially always seeing what fresh bread and fridge food we would receive on a daily basis. We all wished we could live there forever.

Sometimes the elevator buttons were difficult to activate, but we figured out the magic touch by the end of our stay.

Our time in Lisbon’s Almaria Ex Libris was REMARKABLE. In advance of our arrival, Almaria’s concierge service prearranged custom tours and answered many questions within hours. Our most important issue involved customized tour experiences. Thank to Almaria, we found Sonya and her team at http://www.igoportugal.pt We were SO HAPPY with Sonya's truly custom experiences that we added a 4th day. At Almaria, My husband and I LOVED never having to leave the room before we launched for the day. The fridge was fully stocked and a bag of morning pastries appeared daily. The apartment was cleaned daily. The Almaria location is ideal for centrally located Lisbon. I had prearranged too many restaurants.The concierge team canceled them which saved me time and credit card charges. Almaria is literally ½ block from the beautiful Church of the Rochas and a block away from one of the most beautiful view spots in all of Lisbon. Almaria Ex Libris also backs up conveniently to Barrio Alto’s walkable restaurants. We felt very, very safe and very convenient. I slept with the super well insulated balcony doors open so I experienced some urban noise in the wee morning hours - late night party goers and trash truck- but such is the price for urban night air and fabulous walkable convenience in a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you Almaria and Sonya for a fantastic vacation in your beautiful country.

This apartment was fantastic, we could have stayed for a month. The staff (Joanna) was extremely helpful and friendly. Free WiFi, elevator (lift) and perfect location within easy reach of everything--good restaurants, shops, sights....we walked to the Castle (20 minutes) and went to Alfama for Fado. Breakfast was amazing--our frig was stocked with meat, cheese, butter, yogurt, milk and eggs. And they delivered a basket of fresh bread every morning. Wine and a basket of fruit on the table when we arrived. The design of the apartment was beautiful and perfect for 4 people- 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by the living area/kitchen. Also an amazing terrace for lounging and enjoying the view. Couldn't be a better place in Lisbon!

There is some street noise so you have to close the windows at night. Otherwise, perfect!

Amazing location and I felt safe in the apartment. The breakfast was excellent - I expected only fresh bread in the morning but turns out they stock up the fridge with other food as well! The bed was super comfy and they have the softest sheets. Having a washing machine/dryer in the apartment helped a ton too. The staff were caring and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, this is one of the places I definitely would easily stay long term if I could. That’s how good it is!

Creaky floorboards in some areas but didn’t bother me too much to be honest.

We enjoyed our stay in this stylish, serviced apartment. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and a few issues were resolved quickly. The breakfast provided was good, and we especially enjoyed the fresh bread each morning and delicious pancakes! The location is very central and convenient. Overall a lovely stay.

Some prepared fruit or fruit juice would have been a nice addition to the breakfast provided. Some little practicalities could be improved - only one long mirror which was vintage and the glass was distorted so not much use! In the master bedroom a full length mirror and a mirror near a socket for drying hair would be very useful. We weren’t that keen on the chunky glassware and mugs. The shower controls made it difficult to get the temperature right, and the water pressure could have been better. The street and traffic noise was quite loud at night, especially at the weekend (and we’re used to living in a city) but then you are very centrally located. For the cost, some small improvements and upgrades would make it feel better value for money.

The flat was beautiful, clean and quiet. We were positively surprised by the equipment and the daily breakfast delivery (cold cuts, cheese, jam, fruits and yogurts were provided in the fridge/fruit bowl during the daily cleaning, fresh bread and pastries were hung on the doorknob from the outside in the morning). The location was quite convenient and close to the action. The airport can be reached by taxi within 25 minutes.

Nagging on a high level now 😅 The flat was spacious but sure smaller than stated in the description. It's lacking some storage space for clothes (only an open shelf and rack were) and in the bathroom (no hooks, shelves, or drawers). Especially when you prefer not living out of your suitcase and like to have your bathroom products handy, it gets quite messy quickly. And on a super high level of simply being spoiled: The toilet paper was the thinnest we ever saw 🙈

The apartment hotel is conveniently located in the city centre of Lisbon and within walking distance to many sites. The size of the apartment and amenities are perfect for a longer stay. The building is tastefully renovated and decorated with a book theme and honours the local history and culture. The daily breakfast plus fresh baked goods delivered to the door is a delicious way to start the day. The icing on the cake are the thoughtful and warm staff - Philip, Joana, Pedro and the team. They not only responded to our questions and provided personalized services and also surprised us with birthday and goodbye gifts.
