Highly recommended. This is in a very central location, walkable to so many things. There are lots of restaurants and a great gelato place within a 5-10 min walk. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to Paul for his kindness and recommendations. It was so nice to have the extra space and not just a hotel room. There is a full table and a seating area. There is a kitchen area, and although we didn't do any cooking, it was nice to have the microwave and the refrigerator. And the breakfast was so much food delivered to your room. There was scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and cheese. Along with a variety of croissants and bread. Orange juice, milk and coffee. I highly recommend Chiado Arty Flats. It is such a good value. The Portuguese people are so friendly.

Perfect location: located between the Barrio and the Chiado neighborhoods, the ideal location to explore Lisbon. Despite the location, the flat was very quiet and we didn’t hear any of the noise from the streets. The flat was very stylishly/ nicely decorated: wooden floors, a little balcony, kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Amazing customized breakfast served directly to the apartment every morning with plenty of choice of savory and sweet. The staff was super friendly. There are 3 parking spots just in front of the building, we were lucky enough that the staff kept one for us. Everything was just perfect. Totally recommended.

The best location! The apartment was on a hill so it was easy to walk everywhere downhill. There was a miraduro a short walk away with great city view and ascensor Gloria and a street tram nearby. I’m particular about cleanliness and we don’t wear shoes inside. The floors were very clean and no dust anywhere. Although we were next to Bairro Alto and trams, the windows are double paned and completely blocked out any street noise. We had a room with a terrace and the doors were double paned too so you couldn’t hear the neighbors. The breakfast served everyday was a feast! There was so much food, we had leftovers for an afternoon snack. It was very helpful to have breakfast especially the first few days when we were jet lagged and didn’t need to go hunting for food when we woke up late. They had full amenities like cutlery, pots, microwave, electric kettle and more if you prefer to cook. Staff was very friendly and quick to respond. They gave good suggestions on restaurants and were the ones who told us about the miraduro nearby.

Nothing! It was the best apartment we have stayed in!

The apartment was huge, modern and very clean. The kitchen was equipped. We had a lovely view over a church and square and a small terrace. Staff, especially Paulo were extremely helpful and nice (providing detailed info on transport, making bookings and providing advice on where to go). There was lots of space for two adults and two children. Breakfast was very nice. The location was fabulous and we would stay here again. There were cafes downstairs with seats in the square and a lovely park nearby with a cafe and stalls selling food and drinks. Great restaurants and shops nearby. 2 nights wasn’t enough.

Communication via Booking.com prior to arrival was extremely clear and helpful. They organised our airport transfer and from the second we arrived they were friendly and even had our room ready early for us - which was greatly appreciated especially when you have a young child! Their restaurant recommendations were spot on, had the best meals. Location was perfect. Room was much bigger than expected with an outside area (Room 1D), very clean and had everything we needed.

To be honest we have been trying to think of something negative to say, but we can't really fault our stay at all.

The apartment was light filled and quite clean. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room everyday. They also cleaned the utensils which is a plus as the apartment didn't have a dishwasher. The reception staff was quite responsive and helpful. The breakfast spread was humongous and delicious! The apartment has 10s of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We would love to go back again.

The only thing we didn't like was that the apartment is not fully sound proof. On one of the nights there was a crowd in the plaza outside drinking and creating quite some noise which broke our sleep once or twice. It was not a big deal for us as it happened only on one night but might impact somebody who is a light sleeper.

Chiado Arty Flats is hotel that wont leave you cold. We were realy sad at the moment we had to leave the hotel. Such a pleasant, helpful and friendly staff I never met before. Thanks Katarina for everithing :) Hotel is clean, with interesting interior, has everithing you need. Breakfast is big and diverse. Lokacion could not be better…everithing is near in a normal walking distance.

Becouse it was january/february was a bit cold at night, so maybe for the colder months some warm clothes to sleep in is recomendable.

Good location! Only few minutes walk to Glory elevator with a beautiful view point. Very close to Rossio square, Santa Justa lift and most shops in the center, about 10 minutes by your feet. 758 bus just opposite road, it is so easy to every where. For example: (1)758 +3 stops change train to Belem or Cascais, (2) 758+1stops change famous 28 tram line to most of attractions. Room is big enough and very clean, staffs are so friendly and helpful. You will have a free small bottle wine for your arrival.Also there is a coffee machine with 4x free capsules in your room, but you have to pay for capsules if you want more.

Breakfast should be better, not too many choice at the moment. There is very hard long step to climb up if you come from Rossio train station or Rossio square, but this is not their fault.

One bedroom apartment with separate bathroom and kitchen. There was a small balcony just off the kitchen. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and it was very good. We had some early starts so on request breakfast was delivered the evening before minus the eggs and bacon. Paulo and his team were excellent and gave us some very good restaurants recommendations.

There was some noise when breakfast was been delivered mainly I think because the orange juice and milk is in glass bottles. This did not bother us as we were up and out early anyway and our apartment was on higher floor.

The service is above and beyond. They bring breakfast to your apartment at your requested time window. Good breakfast - with fruit/egg/bacon/ham/bread/various pastries/fresh juice/milk/various spread, etc. After your first breakfast you can adjust what items you'd like more or less. Because we checked out very early in the morning, they made sure to put breakfast items in our fridge the night before! Located in a very vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops and clubs.

Not the most comfortable beds, and apartment building probably needs better sound proof. But not too bad.
