This is a nice boutique hotel. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Our room (2 bedroom suite) was perfect for my wife and me, and our daughter. Breakfast was awesome, and great views from the restaurant. The reception folks are very helpful.

As other reviewers noted, this hotel is smack dab in the middle of the party/bar scene. But it’s also a fun and convenient area during the day. It’s a great location and we loved it. BUT, it’s very loud at night til the wee hours. The windows are double paned but the sound still crept in. However, i would stay here again!

The hotel staff were so polite and friendly, and attentive. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. Breakfasts were a feast, lunches delicious and top quality food always. The facilities in the room were top notch and everything was spotlessly clean. So nice having the separate living and sleeping areas, the living area was a generous size too. Great soundproofing with the windows and shutters, we slept soundly every night. The hotel location was good, many bars, restaurants and a in lively area too, plenty options within short walking distance. Enjoyed just walking around but also jumping on a tram, metro or bus, easy & there's so much to see. Worth saying here too - public transport is great - buy a daily ticket, lasts 24hrs from 1st use & allows you to hop on and off all 3 options without further payment, no hassle option.

Only a minor thing, but the top floor with sloping ceilings in the bedroom and lounge area wasn't to our liking, we'll request a lower floor next time we visit.

We stayed at this hotel during the very last night of our trip to Portugal, and we were sad that we had only booked it for one night. The room was beautifully appointed and the staff was excellent. The cot provided in the room was a high quality crib, not a pack and play style one, and that was a really nice touch for our baby. The beds were incredibly comfortable - I was nervous about booking a queen since I sleep in a King at home, but these queen beds were bigger than a north american Queen (though slightly smaller than a king) and still very, very comfortable for two tall people to sleep in. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast at the Lumi rooftop - the views were absolutely incredible and the options for breakfast were lovely. The staff was also incredibly kind and their service was top notch.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel... I celebrated my birthday alone and yet I felt like I wasn't so alone. They really look after you and make sure your experience is special. I got two birthday cakes and wine...cookies at night lol...the location is perfect quiet but still right near everything. Shops, restaurants, bars. The place is very comfortable. It's a beautiful place with beautiful people in a beautiful city. It's worth it! Breakfast/brunch is really good there. I just felt safe and at home. I will be back!

I wish they had a rooftop pool lol... but the roof top views are spectacular either way lol.

I liked the spa and the 24 hour concierge and the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. They offered good advice on local restaurants, museums and taxi’s, etc. The studio room was so comfortable and I loved that it was made up everyday. I liked the fresh bottled water which was renewed daily.

I ate twice in the rooftop restaurant and whilst the bar and cocktail waiters and sommelier were very good and knowledgeable, the food in the restaurant did not match the high standards of the hotel. The kitchen and waiting staff did not communicate well together and work as a team and the menu was average. This is a fabulous space in the heart of the centre and could be a top end restaurant given the right creative team. Also, some bread, butter, cheese and jams/ honey and fruit, instead of crisps , sweets, biscuits and crackers would be more useful in the welcome pack.

The hotel was beautiful. Spacious apartment with every comfort. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The roof top restaurant had a lovely breakfast with a gorgeous view of Lisbon. The location was in the heart of the Chiado and was full of excellent restaurants and Fado bars. The little touches like the infused towels by the bed, turn down services, cookies and brownie treats, really made our stay so special. And the Sap was amazing! Ines gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. Do not pass up the opportunity to be pampered by her!

Spacious and comfortable two bed suites - one double and two twins with two bathrooms really good for family. Also small living room area and kitchenette with fridge so you could cook in if you wanted to Restaurant with roof terrace and fantastic views over Lisbon and excellent food in the evening. Breakfast was good mixture of pastries, cereal, meats, cheese and fruit with yoghurt and some cooked options available on demand. Quite expensive on a daily rate for a family so may be cheaper to have breakfast included in price. Spa was small but perfectly formed, with good treatments and small gym which you had to book but this meant that you had the whole space to yourself Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on reception and in the restaurant and spa. We were lucky to have balmy weather in April so spent a day on the beach at Costa Caparica- Kahlua beach restaurant as recommended by the team was excellent Great location in Bairro Alto - very lively on Friday and Saturday nights but double glazing and doors on window alcoves kept noise out. Overall a fantastic four day stay in April

Very well located, the staff was really welcoming , caring and they made the best of our stay. The rooftop is amazing for a little drink with the sunset! We had two massages at the spa and everything went perfectly well, we even had a little note waiting for us in our room with some Pastel de Nata!

Unfortunately we had some issues with the TV and the shower the first day but the staff resolved the issue as quickly as possible and offered us some nice cocktails and dishes for the inconvenience, which was really appreciated. Small details always make the difference!

Great location, rooftop terrace with amazing views and we were able to sit there later at night for drinks. We did have lunch there once which was also very good. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options on the roof. Staff very helpful and enjoyed their restaurant recommendations

Bedroom was tight for moving around and luggage but we did have a separate lounge area.

Stunning rooms, so comfortable, perfect location!! Room amenities are top notch.

There is minimal space to congregate and just enjoy the hotel. The rooftop area is very small and you often need a reservation during prime time to get in and service was hit or miss - sometimes super on point and wonderful and other times waiting far too long (25 minutes) to even get water. Bruno was EXCEPTIONAL! overall, the staff are very accommodating and exceptional. will def stay again.
