Silmar, Debora and the young lady who checked us out ( sorry didn't get her name ) puts the sparkle in the Diamond of the America Diamond also the breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient especially the tall gentleman in the restaurant who was really on the ball he was going at the speed of light to keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Great choice of TV channels in the room ( 108 I think ) along with loads of radio channels also a separate radio in the room so as not to have the TV on if you only want to listen to the radio. A big shout also goes out to our chamber person who did an excellent job in maintaining our room during our entire stay. Great choice of food for breakfast ( no way you'll starve to death ) Metro right outside the hotel door. Eduardo VII park a 5 minute walk also it's only a 2kms apx walk to the heart of Lisbon, however if you don't fancy walking there is a bus right outside the hotel to take you there.

Our room 403 had a bath and shower combination ( shower over/in the bath ) however there were no shower curtain or shower screen which caused some water to go on the bathroom floor you could see visible damage been caused to the bathroom door ( from other guests not us ). Not much effort would be required to fit a rail and shower curtain in order to cut down on future maintenance issues also to stop water leaking downstairs.

location is great for a city break, the hotel is right by a metro station and only takes about 30 minutes to get to the centre if you walk. the beds were very clean and the bathroom was a surprisingly good size with nice hot water in the shower. the breakfast is the real star of the show. it was included with the room for us so we had low expectations but it was fantastic! a good selection of hot breakfast food (bacon, eggs, beans), fresh fruit, cereal, bread, pastries!

staff were a bit dismissive of us at first, weren’t really willing to help us. only 2 lifts and they’re quite small, this meant you were often waiting ages for the lift to arrive.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, particularly Malam and Philip, and all the breakfast crew. Warm smiles at every interaction. Breakfast (though same thing everyday) was well prepared (warm and cold food choices), great pastries (I kinda binged on the pastries), fresh fruits and fruit salad were also generously available. Clean environment. Free pastries and refreshments are available at the reception. The location was perfect for my trip. It's directly beside a subway stop. Great restaurants all around that cater for ALL pockets.

The smallness of the rooms and elevator. There was a day the elevators didn't work, had to climb up to the 7th floor. I didn't mind quite honestly as there was no gym, so an opportunity to workout. No microwave in the room and no daily supply bottled water.

This hotel was perfect for exploring Lisbon. Super Family Friendly. The people here were just lovely. When we arrived the people at front desk gave us maps and lots of information on all of the sites and things to do which was so helpful. Every evening we came back to perfectly made beds and air conditioned room, the accommodation people were top notch. They had a great breakfast selection very tasty and choices to suit everyone in the family. It is within walking distance to the centre (25minute walk) to Rua Augusto Arch so very manageable and when we wanted to give the kids a break we took Ubers (Rua Augusto Arch) (Castelo d. Sao Jorge) (train station) and they never cost more than €5 (excluding tip) it was so convenient. We will 100% be visiting Lisbon again as it is an Amazing city and would efinitely stay here again it was great, thank you for a fantastic Stay.

I was a little concerned when I had read other reviews regarding the size of the room but I was pleasantly surprised and it was accommodating enough for me and my Fiancé. The room was made up daily and towels and toiletries replenished. The location was a bit far from Lishon centre, however we walked back from the centre frequently (the journey takes around 45 mins) but ubers are very good and quick and affordable enough

The breakfast was awful. There were no plug sockets by the bed, and we could hear every flush or toilet movement from our room. Plus, the pillows are super thin, so not very comfortable

Everything. We had ran early flight from Lisbon, we arrived at the hotel at 9.15, reception checked us in, as got our armbands, we could leave our cases as room not ready and then use the facilities, so got an extra day really. The staff were so polite, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The food was freshly prepared and plentiful. Some have said it the same everyday that is not necessarily true, a huge variety and selection. Everywhere was clean and tidy, outside and inside spaces well looked after. The activities captured all ages that were arranged by the staff. 9.30 at night a dance trope preformed. The pool was cold BUT it’s outside, what do people expect! It’s the same as the sea and most hotels with an outside pool would not be heated. It’s great you can walk out the back of the hotel, along a promenade for as far as you wish too, to exercise and no hassle for anyone, even walking on my own as a lone woman.. police did make an appearance at points and the hotels all have security at that end too.

Location was close to different metro lines. Super markets are really close and also the neighborhood has great restaurants. It felt very safe. Room was ok and breakfast had many choices. After facing some problems with my room, the hotel staff responded promptly to my requests and I believe I was offered a bigger and upgraded room free of charge.

The yellow metro line that you could take in front of the hotel doesn't take you downtown so you have to walk to further stations for blue line or purple line with connection to light blue line. Even though breakfast had plenty of choices, the quality of some was not that great, especially hams. I also faced a big problem when I arrived with air conditioning not working in my room and I had to request to be changed a room. I also found a clipped fingernail on my bed table when I entered the room for the first time...

Great location - €7 taxi from the airport to front door, and then not too far from the centre. Metro station outside the door (although we used Uber for all our travel as it was so cheap) Tasty included breakfast in the morning to set us up for the town exploring. Friendly staff, always smiling and saying hello. Clean hotel both in the lobby, breakfast area and rooms.

Room a tad on the small side. Shower in bathroom is a shower head you hold while showering, with no shower curtain, in a bath tub, buuut it's a bubble bath tub if you're that way inclined. A free small bottle of water or 2 in the room wouldn't be too big of an ask, but a shop is a few doors down to buy supplies rather than pay for expensive fridge items.

The room was good nice size with a decent sized bathroom.The bed was comfy ,overall met our expectations for our short stay.Access to the metro and bus services could not get closer so for this excellent.The reception staff bar staff and breakfast staff were all excellent,most helpful and friendly Good value for the money we paid.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend, so long as you're happy to use the local transport to access all amenities

Unfortunately the parking was not on site so a little hassle loading and unloading luggage .This being said a short stay space was available outside the hotel with secure and discounted parking close bye.

Perfect hotel in the city center of Lisbon. The reception is available 24h so it's no problem to accommodate whenever you get to Lisbon. The room was spacious, clean, and with comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. In the room, there was quietly - it is really important. The breakfast was amazing! You can taste typical Portuguese meals like Pastéis de nata or various bolos <3

Downside is that there was no free bottle of water, tea or coffee at the first day as it's more and more popular for example in some places in Poland.
