<Positive> - Clean and good location. Only 2 minutes walk from metro. - Lemoned water available to drink at the reception. - Excellent breakfast buffet but a bit costly (Euro14 per person). - Bathroom is big and water pressure is good. - Quiet at night.

<Negative> - We were in a triple bed room and there was not enough space to walk around. - The hotel has stairs from the entrance to the reception and there was no slide floor to drag our luggage. 4 of our family members were above 70 and it was hard for them to carry their luggage down the stairs. And there was no concierge to help us out.

Well positioned hotel for a few days exploring Lisbon. Spotlessly clean. Excellent food, we stayed half board and breakfast was in the dinning room and evening meals of 3 courses served in the bar area, all tables for the evening reserved. Plenty of public seating and excellent service

Our room was slightly too small, perhaps it would have been better had they had sliding doors on the wardrobe. You needed to move a bedside table in order to get both doors of the wardrobe open and to access the safe. No handrail on the bath, therefore exiting the bath was not easy.

The entire facility was clean including our room. We requested maid service everyday in hopes to have the beds and bathroom straightened, however, the service was more than just that! Everyday the trash was cleared and counters were wiped and organized. The bartender was friendly and accommodating for dinner/snack type meals. The location was about a 10 minute walk (15-20 minutes after along day of travel and going up hill) to the local tourist access, Marque De Pombal Square for bus tours and/or local transit use instead of tours. The front desk staff were very helpful with providing information as to the use of the local busses and places to eat.

The bathroom shower was awkward to access. However, consideration should be given for the space of the room, etc. The water temperature of the shower could change from moderately hot to profoundly hot and then to cold. However, it wouldn't prevent us from staying at this hotel next time we visit Lisboa.

At breakfast, we could choose from a wide selection of dishes. There were also gluten-free and vegan dishes in the selection. The room and the hotel as a whole were super clean, the staff was very helpful and smiling. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the metro station, so it can be reached very quickly from both the city center and the airport. Our windows faced the street, but the room was not noisy, we could relax. The room had a kettle with coffee and tea filters.

It's a small thing, but the room could have more windows to let in more natural light.

Most of all I liked the reception staff attitude: They were doing all possible in order to keep me happy. From the beginning I had some misunderstanding for the smoker room booking and availability of the room with balcony. But the staff did their best to settle me and succeeded a lot! Thank you so much Sophia :)

AC chiller goes off time to time. But again thanks to reception staff: One call to reception and all the problems are solved within seconds.

If you're lucky enough to remember when the glory days of hospitality, when the customer was still important - you'll love your stay at Hotel Zenit. I was given a fantastic upgrade for a conference visit during the week, which really elevated my entire week and turned a business trip into a really memorable, comfortable experience. Breakfast was superb - I'm always looking out for the quality of eggs at a hotel, and their scrambled eggs were excellent. Location wise - the short walk to Saldanha station which goes directly to the airport and the Oriente station for Altice Arena, was a huge help - an effortless commute.

Not a criticism, but a knife and fork in the room would be a great help for takeaway meals from the nearby food courts in the Shopping Centre.

Location: Some of the main attractions are nearby. Hotel is located in a somehow quiet corner in the busy Lisbon. Very easily reachable by metro (red line). Breakfast: very very good. Great variety and quality. Room: room 806 is excellent. Spacious and suitable for a family with 2 small kids.

Dinner: rather pricey. There are better and cheaper options in the vicinity. Bed: the bedsheet was rather loose most of the time, which made our sleep a bit pleasant. We would get tangled during the sleep.

The type of the room was provided as requested. The room given was larger and better than I expected. Minibar was an advantage. Well equipped bathroom with a bathtub. Good location. Reasonable price.

The interior looks tired in details. Half of the facade is covered with constructional scaffolding and mesh. The lobby is located below the ground level, and there is no trap for large or heavy luggage. Sound isolation is not the strongest side of the hotel. Air conditioner in the room was ineffective for the heat outside over 30 degrees. I didn’t find the mattress comfortable, it was too firm for me, but the bed linen was perfect. Light pollution in the room due to the facade lightning may disturb despite the blinders. No iron, it became a real problem for me. But on the whole, the hotel is pretty good in comparison to others in the area and worth its money.

- the excellent connection from and to Airport (metro), public transport to the city center, and grocery nearby. - helpful staff, ( air condition failure solved in a few minutes. - breakfast - real juice (fresh, squeezed)

pillow and bedsheets. Pillow - shape like 30 x 100 cm, really disgusting to touch, feels like a rubber or plastic, the tunnel shape pillow cover was opened from both sides - bedsheets - material like plastic and polyester. not breathable. For 4 star hotel, it is unacceptable. It was like low-cost bedsheets made in China. I really don´t understand the reason, why they choose to use this material.

The perfect place to stay, in a quiet yet convenient Lisbon neighbourhood, after a trip in the Portuguese countryside before taking a flight home. I appreciated how clean, luxurious and well appointmented the rooms were. Everything that you would want in a hotel room is there. I fully enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities of my hotel room, a short stay but I didn't want to leave! It was also great that room service is available. Kudos to the hardworking housekeeping staff at this professional property.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming.
