The breakfast had a good spread and a lot of variety. The staff was really good and very convenient location. As there was room available earlier, they gave us an early check in too which really helped.

The rooms were spacious but a bit run down. The room doesn't look as good as the pictures on booking.com. The AC did not work well for us, maybe we couldn't figure out the settings but it used to get too hot at night.

Staff: Very very professional and super polite! Always helped us out and were available and respectful. Room: Very comfortable, safe and clean. Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony. Breakfast: We were really satisfied with the breakfast since there was a range of different foods from sweet to sour and salty, healthy and unhealthy. One thing I would like to see in the future is maybe different type of sausages/meat since not everyone can eat pig/cow so maybe more chicken or maybe more cow! But the rest was very good. The Hotel: Amazing! Amazing gym and sauna. Really nice and comfortable. Location: Very good location, could get to the center really fast. Quiet area. Overall: 10/10 experience and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Everything was perfect

Great hotel with excellent staff and location! The room was super clean as well as the bathroom, with all the necessities. The room was big with AC/heating, TV, and nice wardrobes.

The only small minus would be that the room was not as quiet as I would expect but it would be caused by the fact we were on the first floor and it was right next to the road.

street noise by room window. with check in desk clerk told me to enjoy breakfast that was included next morning and it turned out it was not included and I got charged $24 euros for 2 breakfasts. I would never had taken the breakfast if it hadn't been "included" as we were rushing to our flight.

The location was great! The price was amazing since I got the early year discount. The cleaning was amazing! They went beyond the expectations when cleaning the room. Even folded our cloths and put the shoes away, which was Amazing!

The room was advertised with air conditioning but that was not available. The hotel was quite warm and ac wasn't working since it was "winter" even though it was 17 degrees outside.

My room was spectacular with a balcony, and a marble bathroom with a glass sink. The staff was excellent & helpful. It was easy to find, near two different metro lines. if you buy a day ticket you can be in Barrio Alto or any of the hot neighborhoods in minutes.

We liked the location as it was very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice, clean, very friendly staff.

The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to be cold enough for us. We tried to turn it down as low as it would go and we were still hot at night.

The location was great and easily accessible to the nearby transport hub at Marque de Pombal. The room was average size but the bathroom was spacious and includes amenities Fitness centre open 24 hours

The room was falling apart. The wardrobe doors were not on the rails and nearly fell into me. Bear in mind that you are next to the train tracks so there will be a Rumbling of the passing trains. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel in its category, large rooms and bathrooms, very clean, rich breakfast with fresh juices and freshly baked pasteis de nata every morning. Polite staff, always ready to help. Location is a bit away from the old town (25 minutes walk) but in a nice neighborhood, close to the park and Libertade Avenue with plenty of shops and restaurants. No complaints at all, very good value for money.

Nice quiet, clean, modern, good size hotel room with fridge and we asked for and were provided with a kettle Close to various subway stations Supermarkets close by Very easy 5min walk to main boulevard and lovely walk down to old town and water front (20min) along boulevard

The hotel has a gym but a couple of the machines were not operational / in error at our time of staying there so could not be used
