Fantastic location! Easy walk to most anything. The rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful in the evening - great view of town and the castle. Food was quite good but the view was a killer.

Be prepared to lots of stairs. Oddly, the elevator goes only from '2' to '4'. The location is on a pedestrian area so direct access by taxi won't work - lead to some confusion with our driver. Breakfast was good but could use some variety.

Amazing breakfast - some of the best scrambled eggs I've had. The rooftop bar is superb and the location is amazing. Although the hotel is right in the middle it is amazingly quiet. Comfortable beds and availability of family room. Would definitely stay again.

We booked transfer to the hotel via the hotel App but it cost us a lot more than if we had just taken one from the airport. The hotel did tell us the cost in advance but there was no way to compare until after we got there.

Location was fantastic - very central and you could walk every where. The Hotel was off a side street so no noise issues but still very central. The best part was breakfast on the roof terrace. The view was stunning. The breakfast had a good selection of cooked and cold foods. Lovely scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and baked beans. A variety of breads. A very good selection of cold meats, cheeses, fruit and cereals and local pastries. Never had time to eat on the roof top terrace - next time. The rooms were a good size and bathrooms had everything you needed. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and had enough room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was close several grocery stores for supplies.

The access to the rooms and the roof terrace could have been better - there were 5 flights of steps to get up. Although there was a one man lift - but it started at floor 2 and went to floor 4 and was slow. This is all excusable because the hotel is housed in a old style house with many different level floors with small flights of stairs so a conventional lift is impossible. I would warn visitors with elder/infirm members of their party that the stairs are steep and can be exhausting. Not for suitable for senior or infirm visitors. Also no room service as such but staff would help if anything needed.

Amazing location, amazing terrace, nice breakfast, clean comfy room and bathroom. It is very design hotel. I love the arrangement or the hotel. Perfect for young active people. Interesting place in general. We were satisfied with everything. Easy check-in even we arrived 1am and the reception was closed. Goop value for the money.

There are many stairs in the hotel. 5 floors, limited elevator. Understandable, because you are in the old town and it is old building. Not a problem for people in normal condition. Guests with movement disability or family dragging their kids and stroller here and there might have a problem. Unless you are lazy fat american tourist, you will be fine. Definitelly worth for it :)

The location is excellent, the rooftop bfast was very good and the views beautiful, the hotel is very pretty, unique and very nicely decorated. It is a very old building with very modern interiors. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

While my room on the 5th floor had a beautiful view, my cousin's room windows on the 3rd floor were towards the hallway and elevator shaft. No natural light. I think I would have liked it a lot less if I had such a room. Be aware that although the building is old and beautiful, there are a lot of stairs. There is one elevator that only goes from level 1(which is not the ground floor) to level 4 with no stops in between. There stairs are no issue for folks in good physical condition but please be aware when booking because there is no escape from climbing stairs no matter what floor your room is on. The staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage.

Perfect location right in the heart of Lisbon, a short walk from the Yellow Bus tour 1st stop and 600m from the train station so Its an ideal base for exploring everywhere! Fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. The rooftop breakfast was great! Great coffee, fresh hot and cold food and baked goods and amazing views. Great shower, comfortable beds and lovely staff. Highly recommend the Art Inn.

Very friendly reception staff, eager to help in any way they could. Good breakfast selection served at roof top bar. Fairly spacious room with all the amenities required. Hotel was in a good location with fairly easy access to metro and some of the major sites.

No lift in hotel other than small lift for luggage, but I was aware of this prior to arrival. We were on the 5th floor, a lot of stairs going to and from room, but handy for breakfast which was one floor up. Was a little noisy on one night from party on roof top bar.

The front desk helped with luggage storage since I arrived before check-in time. The espresso machine was a REALLY nice touch as was the filtered water. The curtains did a nice job of blocking out external light. The young lady greeter was very pleasant.

The steps up to the main desk were unexpected. A second sheet is needed on the bed. The duvet was too heavy but there was no other option. Those pump bottles for soap - I like a bar of soap in the shower. The shower took a LONG time to get hot water.

Great central location, with beautiful terrace, view, with very good Italian dinner. Lovely live music at night. A bit noisy between floors, and from the street, but with such a great location, it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast included (on the terrace). We stayed there with our kids, and it worked out really well. Strongly recommend.

A little noisy between floors, and lots of street noise at night. Not a big deal, or unexpected, considering central location and older building.

The location can't be beat and the staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. The rooftop is a bonus. A comfortable spot any time of the day with beautiful vistas.

I have to say that we were taken aback when we opened the door to the Inn and saw a big staircase immediately in front of us. We did get help with our luggage and luckily there is an elevator to the 4th level to access the rooftop more easily. So, we adjusted. The place is beautifully appointed and charming.
