The hotel is located in the centre of the city,close to metro station,restaurants,bars and shops . Room was very spacious,especially the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were available to suit each person (high and low)

Outside of the hotel were many creepy people. The room window was looking into other hotel windows

It's a peaceful haven in the heart of Lisbon. In short, Convent Square Hotel is more than just accommodation; it's a memorable experience, deserving an 11 out of 10 rating. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an unforgettable Lisbon visit.

I loved everything. The staff were incredibly friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and the area. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety and cooked fresh when ordered. The gym was good and well equipped. The room was comfortable and always cleaned to a very high standard. Twice during our stay we were treated to cookies in our room (a very nice surprise!). The hotel design was exceptional, every detail reflected the buildings history and it was simply beautiful!

The Dinner. That the hotel recommends to take the taxi from the airport , with a price five times more the the usual telling us that the driver would show us the highlights of Lisbon The driver spoke in the phone all the time and we had to go to a stinky garage at the aéroport to take it carrying our suitcases. The girl at the reception who make the reservation for the restaurants had bad manners. The room has no view at all

The thing that makes this hotel stand out are the staff. Everyone is truly giving their best effort and it shows. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the bar and restaurant. The food is exceptional and the drinks are even better. Also worth noting is that the hotel is newly opened. Rooms are small but finely appointed. Bathrooms have great shower heads with decent water pressure.

Not much negative to say... but I did notice my pillows had a bad smell after taking a nap upon arrival. I mentioned it to the concierge and they changed the sheets by the time I got back from dinner. Even afterwards, I wasn't loving the smell. This may have been due to the newness of the hotel and the pillows having a synthetic new smell. Not sure.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of their way to assist. The Hotel is perfectly located near to Rossio Metro station and the main railway station and can be reached from the Airport within 30 mins. It is centrally located and near to the main attractions , the old town and main shopping district. The hotel rooms are small but well equipped and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable.

We can’t stop talking about how much we loved our stay. From the moment we checked in to our departure everything was flawless. The location was perfect - access to trains and metro and many shops and restaurants and sites. The hotel itself felt like a tranquil oasis - the rooms very quiet and the atmosphere serene. The entire staff was so friendly, happy and always helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lisbon. We plan to come back just to stay at this hotel again.

The staff were very helpful with sightseeing and how to get around, they will help you with anything. The hotel itself is in a perfect location for transport as well as some of the nearby tourist sites. You can walk to the main square by the sea in 10 minutes. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable and the extra touches and service the hotel gives you, makes the whole experience special. We will definitely be coming back.

The wellness Center has a small pool, couldn’t really swim and the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Close to everything and a short ride drive from the airport. The location was away from the busy street so quiet. Staff very friendship and the hotel is really well set up and a lovely court yard lounge in the middle of it. The historical aspect of the convent was cool and you could see the original parts of the structure from 1422 in some areas. The bed was very comfortable. We would return to the same property for sure.

The AC did not cool as well as we would have liked but a small thing really.

Excellent Location and easy access to most parts of central Lisbon. Hotel courtyard provided a cool sanctuary from the bustle outside. Room was very comfortable.

Modern sculpture (metal drainpipes) in the courtyard, in-between two beautiful olive trees was an eyesore and not in keeping with the history and architeecture of the hotel.
