Very good location in the center, on a quiet street which means you can actually sleep well at night and even open the window. The common area is a real plus, clean and cosy. The room is also nice and very clean, with a nice view and small balcony. I had some work meetings to do there and it was great to have a small desk, chair and good wifi in the room.

They put lots of perfume in the room when you first check-in, and at some point you understand they do so because the bathroom has some sewer odors sometimes. Also, the "double bed" is actually two single beds put together ; one of the mattress was very comfy, one was horrible.

The lobby is nice. The rooms are cozy and quite. Everything was clean. The staff were awesome and friendly.

Some of the beds need new mattresses. They have already caved in. It's a "hostel"in downtown Lisbon with a great lobby and common area. But there is ZERO hostel culture. There are no activities, no initiatives to get traveller together. You also CAN NOT cook your own food or bring in your own alcohol. Without these elements, you really can't categorize yourself as a hostel. It's a shame but cause the lobby is definitely under utilized. It's a hotel with bunk beds. Not a hostel. We thought this was a hostel so paid a little more for a private room instead of using airbnb for a cheaper price.

Great location just of Rossio metro stop. Clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower and good bed. Friendly staff and guests. Fast internet for people who need to work remotely. Close to main streets with lots of food option nearby Would stay here again on next visit to Lisbon.

Room was quiet small for 4 people but I cant complain as there was no issue with the other guests in the shared dorm. Windows seemed to allow a lot of noise from traffic - this did not bother me, but could be seen as a slight drawback.

Free wifi, nice interior, clean, and good location. The room is clean and nice decoration making it feels comfortable. It smells nice in the hallway so I feel good coming back to the hostel. The location is perfect. Walking distance to most tourist places. And it is very close to Rossio train station, so I can go to Sintra early in the morning directly from the hostel. The wifi is fast and I love the common room, very clean and modern.

If they have kitchen, it would be perfect. They do have small bar where guests can borrow plates and utensils, or hot water. But we cannot heat our food or cook. But luckily Lisbon food options are great and affordable so it's a chance to eat outside and try out local dishes :)

This was a great spot to stay in the Lisbon area and I even extended my stay for longer than anticipated. These are the most comfortable hostel beds I have ever slept in. I loved having a private bathroom right inside the room, that was the biggest perk! The lobby area is extremely spacious with plenty of room to use a table, read a book, get work done, etc. The location is just steps away from the metro, town squares, and strips filled with restaurants and stores.

The rooms were tiny but I didn't mind! I stayed in a 4-person room for 4 nights and I actually never even ran into another person in my room. The massive lockers under the bed make up for it!

The location is perfecto. Smack in the middle of everything. And yes, tram pass in front of the hostel, such a nice sight. When you first walk in, the whole place smell so fresh and nice. I don't know what freshener they use, but if they sell them, I would buy. And it is so so clean. My room was so clean, and I was lucky to have clean roommates too. I think their cleaner do come and clean the room when I'm out and about, no sure, but I always come back to a cleaner room. The toilet in the room was spacious and nice. All white interior make it looks cleaner. And my room got a view of a castle which is nice. Breakfast was good, fulfilling. I like their small croissant. Staffs were amazing. Some are cheerful, some are not, but totally understand as they had to do night shift (I'm the same on night shift). Anyway, worth every penny. Would come again!

Nothing much really. If we could have a microwave, that would be perfect I think.

Awesome hostel, now definitely one of my favourites in Lisbon. The facilities: really liked the design overall and how much thought is given to detail. The room: great layout in the 4-bed dorm where there is much privacy created due to how the beds are located. Great beds with curtains and lockers, ensuite bathroom is a life-saving feature, lots of useful things like coat rack and hangers and a vanity table. The location: super central, close to anything you need to see as a tourist. The staff: Super friendly and helpful.

The price: I felt it was a bit steep for a hostel (54EUR per night) but again, in this hostel you can also find rooms for 30-40EUR without breakfast. The breakfast: again, I'd say that it's excellent for a hostel but I'm just a picky eater and felt that I should have skipped it and just gone out. It has all the essentials (cereals, milk, yogurt, cold cuts and cheeses, juice, toasts, etc) and if you are not a picky eater like myself, you should be fine.

Friendly staff, quiet and nice roommates, clean room and excellent location. Pleasant sitting area on the ground floor and possibility to have a bite at one of the tables. I didn't have the breakfast option at the hostel but it looked nice and tasty, so if you're looking to save time and have a quick hassle-free breakfast, it seems like a good option.

The air conditioning was sometimes freezing - I didn't bother to try and fix this issue, but I suppose the staff would have helped if I'd asked. One liquid soap in the shower for the whole bathroom wasn't very comfortable to use - I wish there was soap at the sink, too. Very little space in the room and cramped conditions weren't great (I stayed on the 2nd floor, on the far left from the lift), but since I only came to sleep, it wasn't a big issue.

I stayed for 3 days. Eduardo at the Front Desk , his female co worker and Pedro were awesome. Now, the general manager was very unhelpful, i came back 3 days later to print 1 simple document and she said NO because i was not currently staying there even if i was a guest for 3 days, 2 days earlier. I would return if it wasnt for her unkind attitude. hopefully she will read this and learn to be a little bit more human and more helpful with her future guests since now she lost one in me.

The place is absolutely beautiful very close (2 minute walk) to the Rossio train station so you can take a train from the airport and be right at the hostel. The hostel is very central to a lot of sites to see. The rooms were absolutely stunning and clean, the bed was comfortable and every bed has a curtain to block out the light and for some privacy. There are lockers on the property but I’d advice you bring a very thick lock (or purchase around town somewhere) to securely lock your locker. There was a window that showed stunning views of Lisbon and security is great on the property as well.

There wasn’t really a vibe at the hostel to bring people together however it’s possible I missed those occasions
