I loved the space of the hotel and the access to the beach, via a lift and stairs leading straight to the beach. Breakfast was good with a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. I loved the fresh bread and rolls as well as little pastel de nata. Spa was great as well and the indoor pool ideal for children. We had a wonderful time and i wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Shame the beach restaurant was closed for dinner and the prices were quite high with coffee at EUR6 (but it was delicious). Other than that we were impressed.

The property is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of activities, especially for children, the golf and tennis academy are great. Although it’s hard to book these without going to the actual golf and tennis locations to book. Pine cliffs really need to work on an app where you can book. The beach is incredible and staff helpful in providing deck chairs when all beds were taken.

The pools are probably not big enough nor are there enough beds around the pool to accommodate the number of guests. It’s egregiously expensive at the resort. Everything is charged. When we were delayed for a children’s activity because the man driving the shuttle took us to the wrong building they still charged for 10mins of a 30 mins experience.

Lots of swimming pool options, beach close by, shuttle bus with very friendly staff all round. Apartment well equipped, comfy beds and cleaned daily.

Food and drink prices complete price gouging (e.g. 10e for 1 smoothie), something kept downing a trip switch, think it was the toaster, when I rang they took the toaster but never brought a replacement. No sun on the balcony ever due to location and building shade. Resort very big so takes a while to get your bearings on it all. Football academy very expensive 70e for 2 hours for 1 child, playground would not let our 2 year old play in the indoor area where the kids clubs is even though nobody in it at all, think it should be more flexible to allow if the kids club are not using it for periods of time.

Impeccable property and first class service. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 Stars for restaurants for the breakfast at the O Grill. Corda grill & Mare restaurant on the beach were both wonderful. Didn't get a chance to try the others but they all looked great. Can't recommend the place highly enough. The property was huge and having the shuttles on demand was very handy.

Love everything about this place. The resort is beautiful. The location is unbeatable and the facilities are brilliant for families. All staff we encountered were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Location, range of restaurants, swimming pools, golf, tennis & padel

Sofa bed very uncomfortable & needed extra mattress. No tea towel or kitchen roll supplied. in what is luxury accommodation. Footpath lighting inadequate in places. Golf expensive and hire of spiked golf shoes unnecessary. Dress code at golf different for people accompanying golfers. Golf on course lesson at peak time created large backlog. Only one padel court-difficult to book.

The room was very large and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a large three-room apartment, each with a separate balcony with a garden view. The living room and kitchen were great. The kitchen was very well equipped, with cooking utensils for an entire family. Three large and very clean bathrooms, with all the necessary equipment. The resort is amazing in its beauty, spectacular views. The hotel's beach is a MUST. A real vacation.

Need to bring or buy kitchen cleaners. There was no manual dishwashing equipment in the kitchen like liquid dish soap or scrub pad. Breakfast is located at the Pine Cliffs Hotel, about a 2-minute drive from the Pine Cliffs Residence (you can order a pick-up). The breakfast was a bit crowded, not something you would expect during COVID.

The room was super big and comfy. The staff at the beach were super helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was good

1. We didn't have breakfast because it was too expensive. 2. the cleaning staff didn't fill up our coffee and isn't restock our towels so we had to request those every day.it wasn't very pleasant.

The location and beach are stunning. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool was great, and food was excellent.

Some staff were very friendly, while others were lukewarm at best. It's a pricey resort, so I would have expected more consistency from the staff.

Extensive compound with nice and comfortable apartments.

The cost of all activities and restaurants are on the very high side. An hour of paddle ball is 55€ including rackets rental. The towels are quite old and some with stains and holes. There is a smell from the drains.
