• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. The receptionist showed us where to park the car, which was just a few metres from the hotel at the free public Lota Velha car park. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy, and we got the keys from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The hotel was in a good location with restaurants on the ground floor. The place was clean, luxurious, spacious, and welcoming with a lift to get to the upper floors. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There were no kitchen facilities as it was a hotel, but breakfast was included in the restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast was sumptuous with a delicious variety of bread rolls, cheese, fruits and pastries, and a choice of juice, tea, and coffee. We were more than happy with the breakfast and ate to our hearts content. The bathroom was clean, luxurious, and bright with good hot water shower and toiletries. • Bedroom: There was a spacious double bed and two single beds, with clean linen and pillows. • Amenities: There was free wifi and the apartment on the whole was luxurious. It was a large L-shaped room with a TV and a mini fridge under the desk. • Particulars: It was a seaside hotel, with sea gulls to greet us in the morning. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.

The room and the location were excellent, it was beyond what we expected for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The room had a lovely view overlooking the port and although the hotel is located on the main street, it was quiet at night.

As many have previously pointed out, don't expect much from included breakfast. There are so many great breakfast places just a few steps away from the hotel. Don't waste your morning and head straight to cafes and restaurants on the same street or the adjacent alleyways.

It was a big room with clean facilities. The staff was really nice and breakfast was quite good. It has an elevator which is rare to find in Portugal Hotels. I would recommend this hotel! Location is great.

There is not such thing as "sea view" that is false. The view from all rooms is to an industrial harbor. There was only a window and the ventilation was not great, so we had to sleep with open window. There was a smell coming from bath almost all the time, but nothing too serious.

Great location, near to platform for boat to Berlangas... Room simple, clean & with balcony to have a fresh air. Breakfast is simple but hot & fresh... the natas is very good

No possibility for earlier checkin and luggage storage is actually in a toilet next to the reception. reception was closed when we arrived at 12:00. a bit loud from the street.

Location was very nice, staff very nice, parking available this time of year was easy enough. room a decent size and bathroom too.

The shower is very small and had too much mold for me. also door to balcony was very difficult to open at times.

Location: near to gate for Berlengas, also the fort…the rest is need a car or cab (normal, as the town concentrate in one area Room: quiet spacious, clean with minimal furniture, also air conditioning is magic

Incredible value for the money! Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Room was basic but big and comfortable and location was in the center of town, great to visit the beaches around or the Berlenga island.

You can not ask for more for this money.

Close to the harbor and all the interesting restaurants. The room was clean and quite nice, nothing to complain :) There’s a cute breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning which is lovely, has a view to the port.

Perfect location for all amenities. Friendly approachable staff and the fact that all the rooms were with a sea view. Parking was exceptionally cheap. We loved it and would certainly recommend it to all our family and friends.
