We shared the family room with our kids, but it is definitely nice to stay here with two couples as well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The B&B has different levels and if you stay for a couple of days it's nice to hang out on the terrace. The rooms have modern comfort and the decorations could be coming straight out of Pinterest. The staff is very friendly. For your breakfast you can pick 5 items from a menu. Everything tastes delicious. The offer a toastie that will last you throughout half of the day! Coffee with milk comes in a big mug. So if you need to wake up, choose that over the cappuccino.

We liked the breakfast!!!, staff was extremely helpful, smiling all the time and nice. The building is very nice inside. Free parking on the street, easy check in/out.

Our room was basically in the basement - that was not seen in the pictures. And those are most of the rooms (I think from 1 to 5, check it out before you book). No view from the window, just sidewalk, it is street level and the curtains must be closed so that nobody sees inside. No fridge. You can hear everything from other rooms (luckily we had respectful neighbours).

The staff were fantastic.. nothing was too much trouble and they were so pleasant and helpful. the location was great.. close to beach and a short walk from restaurants and harbour. parking in the street was close and easy to find. all in all a great experience. loved the breakfast system and the food was great. all in all a great experience.

we did have a problem with noisy people upstairs on our first night but the staff were very helpful and the problem resolved. The second night was no issue.

Lovely place and the decorations were so unique. Rooms were very clean and for the valuse it was a great stay. I loved that you could use the bikes to tour the area. We walked to center of town and to the marian area. Staff was amazing and catered to every need. The breakfast was just what you needed to start your day. The staff recommended many places to eat and visit.

Only downfall was that there was no AC in the rooms we stayed in and it did get a little warm at night. Not unbearable and they gave us a fan.

The staff is really nice and does care about your stay:) breakfast room and patio is bright and light, interior is modern and authentic at the same time - in general, a lot of our respect for all the efforts needed for renovating this historical building ✊ (you can follow the story through the pictures and stuff around), definitely done with lots of love. At the reception you can also find some wine and local snacks/ sardines to buy. You can also get help with renting bike there.

air conditioning would be helpful for rooms on the ground floor, where the window facing the pavement straight. Especially at night you don’t really feel safe to hold it opened for airing or cooling the room.

Nice large room and bathroom. Shower was roomy. Comfortable bed. Tv and wifi worked well. Breakfast was very good. Cosy breakfast room and sun room. Staff at breakfast very friendly. Easy to check in.

I wish I had a kettle to make tea in my room. The windows were at road level so heard traffic. No safe or small fridge.

We had a fantastic stay in Peniche at this lovely accommodation! Our room was well equipped, clean and cozy. The staff was super welcoming and caring. They gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The breakfast was well organized, really nice and tasty but simple. They also offer free bicycles for rent and parking was very convenient (and free) in front of the building.

We liked everything! Maybe just a small hint, that our room had no air conditioning and air circulation was only possible by leaving the door open for a bit.

The staff were amazing - breakfast delicious - the use of bikes a huge bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed making our way around the headland exploring for the day.

Not the fault of the place but there were some guests who were VERY noisey for about an hour or more at about 2am - sound proofing wasn't great.

The small hotel was super nice! We took the free bikes to explore the city in the evening and enjoyed the nice breakfast in the morning. Perfect for a short stay in Peniche.

If you plan to stay more than some days in Peniche I wouldn’t recommend it, but as mentioned it‘s great for one or two nights. :)

We stayed for a night and we loved it! The staff is very friendly - they go out of their way in order for you to have a good stay. We arrived earlier and they offered to store our bags until check-in and provided us free bikes so we could go around the city. We really enjoyed the experience! They also recommended places to eat and visit nearby. Our room was also upgraded to a bigger one which was clean, comfortable and warm. The vintage decoration is also very cozy. The place is super centric. I would highly recommend!

Leaving the place - I wish I could have stayed more days!
